Even for the stop over, because of the beds, not comfortable enough.
Pros:

Arrival at midnight wasn’t a problem. 2 minutes walk from the bus station. Very nice people!

Cons:

Everybody writes, that the beds were hard and I thought, they exaggerate. But they were right, it was VERY uncomfortable.
I spent more for a room with a window to the outside, but there you hear the noise of the traffic all night.

Disappointing
Pros:

Opposite the bus station. Easy check after getting in at 1am. Friendly staff

Room stunk of smoke.
Dusty.
No hot water
Beds were very hard.

Pros:

Checked in very late (1am) after getting a bus from Ha Giang and the lady was very welcoming. The room had everything we needed (hot shower, plenty of space etc) for our short stay. Great location directly opposite bus station if you are thinking about going to Sapa following the end of your Ha Giang Loop tour.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard.

Great place for overnight
Pros:

The check in was really quick when we arrived at 2am, and the room had everything we needed including towels and soaps, etc. They were also accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags overnight while we left for a trek near Sapa
