The Perfect Resort
Pros:

Excellent resort, couldn't have asked for more for a place to stay. The apartment was in perfect condition, stock with all sorts of amenities (including beach gear) and it has plenty of room. Location is also perfect, quick access to the beach plus supermarket is only a 20 minute walk away through a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very easy to contact and reply fast.

Cons:

The only very minor downside was the check in via Booking.com. Check in requires a link which Booking.com blocks, best suggestion is to contact the owners directly and they'll sort it in no time!

Pros:

Love the location. All the amenities the condo has.

Cons:

Our unit was a little outdated. Sauna needs a little work. But it was working!

I will not stay in 211 again if we decide to come back to Cocoa Beach
Cons:

Tv did have volume had to get maintenance to fix it. Gave me the wrong code number, had to call to get the correct number. Saw a cockroch in kitchen.
