El Hotel perfecto para visitar Estambul
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal sin duda lo mejor. Es un hotel con todo lo necesario para un viaje de turismo, muy bien ubicado y con un desayuno muy variado! Nuestra habitación muy amplia, tuve una incidencia con el agua caliente que se solucionó de forma rápida y eficaz.

Bien ubicado... Mejor imposible. Tamaño de la habitación muy bien. La atención del personal la verdad que es para destacar, porque son excelentes con los turistas.

Pros:

Очень понравился отель и персонал! Отель расположен в непосредственной близости от большинства достопримечательностей, так что можно дойти пешком до Большой Софии, Голубой мечети и др. Очень заботливый персонал, почти все говорят по-русски, что тоже приятно :) Помогли нам с трансфером от и до аэропорта, дали в дорогу бутерброды, так как мы не успевали на завтрак. Спасибо, ребята!
Прекрасные разнообразные завтраки каждый день, чистота, в номере не слышно соседей, вид из окна - всё было здорово! Мы обязательно остановимся там же, если вернёмся в Стамбул. Очень рекомендую!

Pros:

No es mi primera estadía en este hotel y volvería a elegirlo por varias razones. La ubicación es excelente. Se puede llegar a pie a distintos puntos turísticos tales como Santa Sofía, Mezquita Azul y la cisterna Basílica. La parada del tranvía N°1 se encuentra a pocos metros. También cerca está la costanera Eminönü desde donde salen los barcos por el Bósforo. Las instalaciones del hotel son cómodos, todo limpio. El servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas es diario. En la habitación hay heladera y una tetera. Te dejan agua, té y café. También puedes pedir a cualquier hora té o café en el lobby del hotel. El desayuno es abundante y variado. Quiero destacar el excelente servicio del personal. Todos los empleados son muy amables, hospitalarios y dispuestos a ayudar. Especialmente quiero agradecerles a Arslan y Anvar por su hospitalidad y calidez humana.

Cons:

Las cortinas no son muy gruesas y entra bastante luz por la mañana. Teniendo en cuenta que en verano amanece a las 5, es algo incómodo.
