Great place, great service
Pros:

Everything was great - from first interaction with hotel about transfer till the day we left: location is amazing, big room was more than enough for 4 people, breakfast buffet had everything you’ll need to start the day.

Special thank you to the administrator Irina, she’s very welcoming and friendly, and made our stay feel like home.

Pros:

La proximité des lieux touristiques est un véritable atout. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied des mosquées Sainte-Sophie et Mosquée bleue, ainsi que du quartier d’Eminönü.

Une ligne de tramway se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. De nombreux restaurants se situent au pied de l’établissement et dans les rues avoisinantes, ainsi que des boutiques.

La propreté des chambres est irréprochable : le ménage est effectué quotidiennement, avec changement des serviettes et ajout de bouteilles d’eau.

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et attentionné. Ils ont su répondre à toutes nos attentes. Nous avons rencontré un souci dans la première chambre lors de la première nuit, et ils n’ont pas hésité à nous en proposer une autre immédiatement.

Nous avons également eu un problème avec un chauffeur de taxi, et le manager est intervenu sans hésiter pour régler la situation.

Pour notre départ à 4h du matin, le personnel nous a même préparé des sacs à emporter contenant un jus, un sandwich et une pomme, une attention particulièrement appréciable.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je recommande vivement et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter. ⭐️

Cons:

La première nuit, nous avons eu une chambre côté route/tram, ce qui était assez bruyant. Heureusement, le personnel a rapidement su nous proposer une autre chambre.

La salle de bain mériterait une petite rénovation..

Au petit-déjeuner, comme celui-ci se situe dans le hall, il faisait un peu froid.

Ce ne sont vraiment que des détails qui n’ont en rien gâché notre séjour , nous avons passé 4 jours incroyables grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme du personnel.

Hotel agradable , tranquilo y muy limpio.
Pros:

El alojamiento no era el Hotel que yo contraté, Black pearl era el Black Tulip , un anexo al otro hotel , más pequeño pero muy limpio ( agradecerlo al personal) y muy acogedor y silencioso ; se descansaba de 10 por lo que decidimos no poner ninguna reclamación al respecto.

Cons:

Quizás echamos en falta tostadora y pan normal y tomate y aceite y algo más de dulces “europeos” como croissants y tostadas en desayuno.
También la accesibilidad por las escaleras muy pinas de la entrada.
Todo mejora con las recomendaciones de Irina , muy atenta y simpática y que te explica todo fenomenal. Gracias también a Ertan y Enver que nos atendieron muy amables.

Four friends and I spent last weekend in Istanbul and we could not have chosen a
better hotel for our stay.
Charming place, great location close to the most popular landmarks of Istanbul,
reachable on foot. Just a short walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Blue
Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern, with many other historical sites nearby. Plenty of
shops and restaurants around with delicious food to match any taste. Which is very
practical, while waiting for the transfer you can have a quick lunch or make a last-
minute jump to the next street to buy souvenirs.
The room was large, spacious, with comfortable beds and a fridge, carefully cleaned
every day, daily fresh towels and fresh bottle of water for each of us.
Every morning, breakfast was very rich, fresh, delicious, and varied.
From the moment we arrived at Hotel Black Pearl, we felt truly welcomed. The
receptionist charmed us with his politeness, willingness to help and kindness. The
staff took great care of us the whole time, they really went out of their way to assist
us with anything we needed, so we really felt like princesses :).
Special thanks to Furkan. He was incredibly kind and helpful, last day he assisting us
with tour booking and airport transfer, because we had incomplete information from
our agency. He kindly called and arranged everything for us, saving us the stress of
the last day.
Thank you to everyone at Hotel Black Pearl for going above and beyond to make our
trip one we’ll always remember.

Pros:

Le personnel a vraiment été aux petits soins avec mes filles et moi ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe et plus spécialement à Aslan et son jeune collègue pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil très chaleureux. Egalement un grand merci à Anouar qui a été adorable avec nous (aux petits soins avec nous pour prendre notre collation de la nuit "Suhur" sur cette période de Ramadan). Et last but not least, Iryna, merci beaucoup !!!

Cons:

Pour un engagement plus écologique, il pourrait peut-être y avoir des détecteurs de mouvements dans les couloirs menant aux chambres pour éviter de laisser la lumière allumée dans le couloir la nuit.
