Pros:

Ubicación excelente, personal encantador y pendientes de todo. Muy cariñosos con los niños

Cons:

Por ponerle una pega, el ruido del tranvía por la noche pero es debido a la ubicación asi que no es un gran problema

Три дня в Стамбуле
Pros:

Номер соответствует фото, комфортно разместились 4 взрослых и двое детей. Расположен очень удобно, рядом исторический центр, остановка трамвая, множество точек питания. Уборка, смена полотенец ежедневно, клали чай, кофе, бутылки с водой. Есть лифт, завтрак - шведский стол. Замечательный персонал, готовы помочь по всем вопросам! Организовали нам трансферы и все время были на связи. А особенно хочу поблагодарить Ирину - нашу палочку-выручалочку! Человек с душой относится к своей работе, благодаря ей наше путешествие стало еще приятнее.

Cons:

Кофе из кофемашины не самый удачный.

Ich war drei Tage dort alles war hier Top das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend, Die Lage Top mit Tram und Metro weinige geh Minuten entfernt.
Basar, Hagia Sophia ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Absolut keine Beanstandung

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and provided everything we needed. The room was clean and serviced daily. There was no noise or disturbing sound. The hotel itself is in a good location.

La mejor proporción en precio, calidad y ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca de los puntos más importantes a conocer en la ciudad: Santa Sofía, Basílica Cisterna, Mezquita Azul a 5 minutos a pie. Bares, restaurantes, roof tops, vida activa todo el día, pero muy cómodo para dormir. La proporción de calidad, precio y condiciones de estadía, fue perfecta.
El personal, sobre todo Irina y Ertan en la recepción, fueron fabulosos; gentiles en la atención y en la organización de nuestros días.
Sin duda, volveremos

Cons:

Quizás, por decir algo, los cinco escalones que hay que subir para llegar al ascensor; de resto, nada que observar.

It was good, staff attitude impressive, room was small but cosy. Istunbul rail station was nearby.

Прием был очень хороший. Ресепшн приняли хорошо, были очень доброжелательные, все правила и требования рассказали, услуги полностью были оказаны. Номер всегда был чистый, всегда убирали своевременно. Постоянная ежедневная замена белья, все необходимое для чая были предоставлены. Мы довольны отелем..

Great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff were brilliant, strange for them to try and sell tours as you book in, but no major problem. The room was a decent size and comfortable with Air Con, but no bedside light, so unable to read at night when in bed. Cleaned daily and free water provided, but they should move the bed and fridge occasionally and clean under there as was very dusty when I dropped something under the bed.
Continental Breakfast spread with was extensive.
Would certainly recommend the hotel.
