Perfect location!
Hello, this accommodation made us pay 2x. The first time we paid online but we didn't notice that the accommodation was pre-paid, upon arrival they told us that our accommodation was not paid for and had us pay again. When we got to the room we noticed that we had already paid for our accommodation. When we told the reception they refused to refund our money and told us to write to the booking office. We wrote to booking but still no one refunded us anything.
Regardless of this situation the accommodation was in very poor condition. The room was not cleaned, there was dust everywhere in the shower area there were used woman sanitary pad :).and the room smelled. I do not recommend!

Did not sleep overnight as I checked out late evening to catch a flight. Great stable WIFI and central location , just a few minutes walk from Bakirkoy ADO HavaIST bus stop to Airport.
The wooden made Studio (s) which is on the roof could do with some renewal including furniture and beds.

Bakırköy is excellent location since you can easily get tired of the hustle-bustle of main squares such as Taxim. Additionally, There is a great coffee shop, also markets, local restaurants, other shops near Palmiye suit hotel.
It is good to find a wonderful place, a privileged location, and quietness. My experience was excellent with this hotel, as the comfort and the room are large, unlike other hotels. The reception staff were Mr. Adam and Mrs. KUDRET is a summit in the wonderful dealings, the constant smile and the provision of assistance. The hotel is close to transportation, and it was also close to restaurants. There are two commercial centers behind the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to rest and relax.
The area is good for shopping and close to the Istanbul Airport bus And also a train station
The wifi was super fast

Everything is good and wonderful

nothing , everything is bad and hopeless to ask for change
The mattress is tilted down so that you cannot sleep without falling to the ground
There is always water from under the refrigerator
There are cockroaches in the bathroom
There is a very annoying smell from the bathroom, especially at night
There is no window overlooking the street or the neighborhood
The emergency exit for the building is closed
The location of the emergency outlet has become a room and without air conditioning
There is no phone number to contact the staff
The rooms are provided with linens and sheets only upon request
the Covers and sheets, each one is a different type and brand
the handle of the bathroom door is broken
