Pros:

Despite the heat we had a large fresh apartment with a/c, cleaning every day, a small kitchen very good for cooking at times small dishes, a small but clean swimming pool, and 2 beaches close by plus a small supermarket. The nights on the balcony in a bit more fresh air and the breeze, with a view to the moon through the pine trees and the colours of the Luna Park made it more comfy. The place is very nice, close to center and harbour, with a nice promenade by the sea, bus connections to every point of the town and the island, and a good shuttle bus to airport. The complex is smaller then rhe huge hotels close by, but even if full it is not crowded, one feels the intimacy of a tranquil place, and the benefits of proximity to almost everything from several minutes to the beaches, or the main street full of stores and restaurants, to max half hour walk or seversl.minures by bus to center or harbour. Plenty of cruises for each age and preference to choose from makes it all a very nice adventure, or swimming over an underwater museum of statues, or just visiting the monastery in the center square with its fabulous frescoes on the walls, or taking a bus to other beaches can make one week of vacation a paradise. Whole-heartedly recommended!!

Ми залишилися дуже задоволені розташуванням
Pros:

Дуже привітний персонал, завжди відгукувалися на наші прохання, намагалися допомогти, підказати та вирішити будь-які питання.

Місця для чотирьох людей було достатньо.

У вартість номера були включені Wi-Fi, кондиціонер і пляжні рушники, які змінювали щодня, тому не потрібно було везти їх із собою. Також у номері були засіб для миття посуду, губка, сіль і мелений перець. Приємним вітальним компліментом стали пляшка вина та фрукти.

Поруч є два гарні пляжі — лише за хвилину пішки. Найкращий пляж на острові знаходиться приблизно за 10 хвилин ходьби вздовж узбережжя.

Невеликий магазин розташований прямо біля входу в готель, а більший — приблизно за 7 хвилин пішки.

Cons:

В одній із кімнат погано працював кондиціонер. Майстер приходив кілька разів, після ремонту кондиціонер деякий час працював добре, але вже наступного дня знову починав погано охолоджувати.

Great beach proximity and a satisfying stay if you set your expectations right.
Pros:

The proximity to the beach is absolutely fantastic! Several great spots are within walking distance:

Vathia Gonia is just a 2-minute walk.
Nissi Beach is about 20 minutes away.
Landa Beach (which I think is the best one!) is around a 30-minute walk.

Overall, I am satisfied with the stay because my expectations for Ayia Napa accommodations were set correctly. The location definitely makes it worth it.

Cons:

The huge demand for apartments in Ayia Napa unfortunately drives down the overall quality. For the same money, you can find incomparably better accommodation in Larnaca or Paphos - though, of course, you'd be missing out on Ayia Napa's stunning beaches! :-)

Pros:

Appartamenti molto belli, anche se in alcune parti sicuramente abbastanza datati, tutti molto gentili e disponibili (stanza pulita tutti i giorni e ci hanno lavato anche piatti e stoviglie!), piscina carina ma un po' piccola.

Cons:

I letti non sono comodi purtroppo, scricchiolano e si spaccano anche solo se uno si gira nella notte, dovrebbero veramente sistemare questa cosa perché il resto è ottimo.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 10 jours et vraiment c'est est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'appartement est spacieux, climatisé et bien équipé. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé entre deux plages. Les arrêts de bus sont vraiment à côté. Tout le personnel est formidable, gentil, arrangeant.
