Great location and comfortable stay in the heart of Ginza
Pros:

We loved our stay at Yotel Ginza. We liked the design of the room and how they cleverly used a small space to ensure it is functional and comfortable. The room was super clean too!

Cons:

Nothing

Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Great location
Friend & helpful staff in the restaurant not so much on check in

Cons:

Beds not very comfortable. Bedroom design.
wash basin outside shower room is a design flaw.
Asked for our tv be to fixed when we went out for 6hrs, got back still wasn’t fixed @ 10pm, then had the same front office man want to come to our room at 10pm to fix, very annoying circumstance.

Not for me
Pros:

-Decent location if you want to be in the area. Fairly close to two stations.
-The breakfast pastries and coffee were good.

Cons:

I did not care for this hotel for two reasons. First the vibes. Second the Facility.

--Vibes--
-This is not a Japanese hotel, it feels designed almost exclusively for foreigners. So if you are looking for that, great, if you are looking for something even slightly more authentic, check somewhere else. The breakfast for example had miso soup only one of my two days.
-The hotel feels like it is trying hard to be cool. Either it is trying too hard, or I'm not that cool (either is possible). The only staff members that felt like human beings were in the restaurant area.

--Facility--
-The automated check-in does not work even as well as an airline kiosk. A staff member was still required to explain why my pre-paid room had a balance due at check-in. And yes, it does take a while to type in my email address when the tablet is mounted on the wall. Why do you need my email when you already have my information from the reservation?
-The restaurant was understaffed (at breakfast at least) which was not fair to the staff member or the guests. One front-of-house person was responsible for clearing tables, refilling coffee, and cleaning cups (for example). When the breakfast had ~30 people, this meant there were no clean tables to sit, no coffee, and no cups. (Dedicated omelet cook is a bonus, and someone from back-of-house refilled the other food).
-The room itself is a decent size, however there is very little flat space aside from the floor. If you have extra large luggage, there is a space for it. But if you have normal luggage, or want to use the nightstand for a cup of water, then you will need to find another location. If the luggage is slightly too large for the shelf by the door, then the door will not open and you will be trapped inside.

Stay in Ginza without burning your pockets
Pros:

Its proximity to Ginza, accessibility to the public transport and the eateries in the surrounding. Gives you a pleasant experience of Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing I could think of.

Pros:

A localização é excelente.
