Worst and very arrogant staff

Cons:

The staffs are very bad and very arrogant,
They don’t know how to talk with customer,
And mo proper service, really u would not refer any of my friends or family.

Even if anyone ask me also u will make them not to stay in this hotel

Really worst experience ever in my 10 years of travel, I have never seen the staff worst as in this hotel.

Review for Coorg stay
Had gone to Coorg with family. Would never suggest this stay. Can’t give 0 stars thus giving 1 star. Nature wise very good location but pathetic service.
1. Very less food options in restaurant
2. Staff is adamant and doesn’t care about problems faced by guests
3. Staff very reluctant to keep generator running so AC keeps shutting down every now and then
4. Restaurant food wasn’t tasty and was never on time
5. Had to travel 3 km for my morning tea
6.No service available by 9 am

Never going there again.
Pros:

Room size was big and room was clean. That was the only good thing about this property.

Cons:

1. Terrible terrible wifi connectivity. It worked only when they needed us to make the payment.
2. Day 1 the staff told us that they do not have any food available because their chef is on a holiday.
3. Day 2 they arranged for the food but the quality was bad. someone booked a buffet so they made us eat food in our room.
4. ZERO Riverview. The rooms did not even have a window opening to some greenery.

I lil inconvenient as food is not served or made available on the property and the place is around half an hr to 45 min drive to the medikere centre place

Rooms are ok, but staff and additional facilities are bad.
Pros:

Overall, the property was nice, and the location was quiet.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful, demanding to pay the balance payment before even check-in. They failed to provide decent w-fi, which is a must for this location, as there were no networks at all within a 5-10 km radius. Also they were not so engaging and failed to provide any additional services like bonfires and all.
