Important information:

Parking at this hotel is for 18 € per night available. Underground parking has an entrance height of 2,05m and offers no e-charging stations. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If there are no parking spaces available when you arrive, please contact our colleagues at reception.
If you arrive by car: You can reach us via the A9 motorway, the departure and departure is about 1.5 km from the hotel. Keep left on the A9 and follow the signs Munich / Stuttgart / Lindau. Change to the middle lane and take the exit 75-München-Frankfurter Ring direction M.-Frankfurter Ring. Stay on Frankfurter Ring and turn at Nordring to reach the hotel on the other side.
If you arrive by public transport: From the main train station take the U2 direction Feldmoching to Frankfurter Ring. Change to the bus X35 or X36 direction Alte Heide and drive one stop to Schwabing Nord. This covered parking is right outside the door of our hotel. The journey time from the main train station is about 25 minutes.
The new bus lines X35/ X36 operate only in the north of Munich. This will get you quickly, e.g. to the Olympia shopping center or the Olympiapark (stop Oberwiesenfeld). It also shortens the way to / from the airport and the Allianz Arena.
The nearest underground (U2 / U3 / U6) is about 1 km from the hotel.
From Munich Airport (airport 29.5 km) it takes about 25 minutes by car or taxi to our hotel.

Hebben 6 nachten daar geslapen. Kamer is niet 1x schoongemaakt. Temperatuur in eetzaal is veel te hoog. Toen wij het raam open hadden gezet, werd deze weer gesloten door het personeel.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável, a repetir, fora do período de Feiras.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom. O quarto com decoração leve, moderna, muito bonito e confortável, Vista para a rua principal muito agradável, pequeno almoço muto bom.
No geral, bem organizado, com funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos.

Cons:

O preço, que na minha opinião foi exagerado comparado com outra época, fora do período da feira IFAT,

It was a good choice.
Pros:

The property is located next to Schwabing Nord tram station and it is very convenient to travel by underground or tram through Munich.

Cons:

No minibar in the room.

gute lage , unpersönlich da kette 🤷‍♂️

Gute Lage , direkt an einer Tram - man ist sehr schnell in Schwabing 😉

geärgert hat mich : check inn ist ab 15 uhr - ich war bereits um 12 uhr da - ich hatte natürlich damit gerechnet , dass ich ggffs 1 stunde warten muss …. allerdings konnte ich erst um 14.30 einchecken ( obwohl bereits zimmer früher fertig waren ) - premier inn verlangt 20 euro für einen early check in …. vor allem die mitarbeiterin am empfang war extrem unfreundlich und war nicht bereit mich wie gesagt 13 uhr / 13.30 uhr das zimmer zu geben

Pros:

Location - tram stop just outside the hotel.

Cons:

Dirty bathrooms - definitely not clean. When asked about this, staff told me it was due to cleaning product.

Breakfast was really poor and lacked items. Not enough space to sit and eat breakfast.

Not in line with usual premier in standards and overpriced.
