بشكل عام، الفندق جيد جدًا، والعاملون متعاونون، والإقامة كانت مريحة وتجربة إيجابية.
Pros:

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق في المدينة المنورة تجربة طيبة. أكثر ما أعجبني هو السعر المناسب جدًا مقارنة بالخدمة المقدَّمة، إضافة إلى حسن الاستقبال من طرف طاقم الفندق.

وأود أن أشكر بشكل خاص الموظفين معاذ وعبد الإله على لطفهما وحسن تعاملهما. كانا في غاية الاحترام والمساعدة، مما جعل الإقامة أكثر راحة.

Cons:

لاحظت بعض الأمور التقنية التي يمكن تحسينها، مثل الضجيج الصادر عن الأبواب المخصصة للسلامة ضد الحرائق
وأيضًا أصوات محركات أجهزة التبريد. لكن هذا لا يقلل من جودة الفندق، خاصة مع وجود عدد كبير من المعتمرين، ويجب الانتباه لهذه الأمور لتحسين راحة النزلاء.

ممددنا فترة الاقامة قبل موعد الخروج بثلاث ساعات ومع ذلك اتى الموظف وازعجنا يطرق الباب بشكل متواصل من اجل الخروج
