GREAT place to stay. Beautiful house surrounded by nature. The host is very approachable and wild help you in anything you might need during your stay. Do not hesitate please to try their delicious meals.

The guys running the place were so friendly and helpful. On the first night there wasn't a tuk tuk quickly available so the manager drove me into town (just 5 minutes for a discounted fee). They also helped with every query and concern, including switching rooms when the rooster next door was loud in the morning.

It is located in a very quiet area, at walking distance from Uppuveli beach but at the same time the neighborhood has a more local and authentic vibe.
Also the room attendant was such a kind man, always ready to help.

The mattress was comfortable

The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, the owner even drove us to a bus stop with his own tuktuk for a very reasonable price. They were really knowledgeable about the area around the hotel, so if you have questions regarding marble beach for example, they will help you out efficiently.
The rooms were really clean and quite spacious, we did not have aircon, but a ceiling fan which was enough for our stay in july. There are some social spaces as well.
The location is really close to uppuveli, so it's near the beach and a lot of great restaurants are also nearby. Daytrips should also be no problem as the bus station is only a km away and can easily be done on foot.

Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was idyllic and peaceful. I had a relaxing break. The staff were caring and kind. I felt like royalty visiting. The new renovations really bring the place up. Absolutely stunning views from the top balcony. Felt like I was in a movie. Everything was clean and I felt safe staying here. Location is great, quiet and tranquil community. They even have transport via Auto available which is very useful and reasonably priced. I would 100% come back here. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I am very happy.

Amazing spot with cheap budget, We 8 persons just spent 1875 LKR per head for three days and two nights ( 1st Feb 2025 morning to 3rd Feb 2025 noon)
Rooms with a clean atmosphere, and we enjoyed the balcony view.
We felt it as our home due to the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The guider - Mohamed helped us a lot - special thanks to him. There is a beach near the hotel, it looks horrible at night(looks like haunted beach), we enjoyed the haunted view of the beach and played truth or dare game at the beach, and returned to the hotel at midnight. Thanks for the unforgettable memories Zayan Holiday in.

the location was nice, walkable to where the local bus dropped me from Sigiriya, and easy to get a motorbike to/from the beach, or a local motorbike taxi.
