Hotel facilities were nice, nothing to complain about.
During our stay we never saw anyone from the staff except one man who was clearly not responsible for anything. When we arrived no one opened the gate so we had to stay outside and wait which is not what you should do in Guayaquil. After some time our taxi driver managed to open the gate somehow. We knocked the door and still no one would open, only after a few minutes of knocking. The man that opened the door and clearly didn’t know about our arrival that day. He didn’t communicate anything, when we asked to pay by card he kept texting on his phone and when I asked him again minutes later what we are waiting for he said only cash. It was no language barrier as I am fluent in spanish.
The staff had a great sprit and attitude. He was very help and nice. The appointments were very nice also. First class accommodations. I really enjoyed my shot stay but will return when ever I travel to the city.

La ubicación me gustó, está cerca de centros comerciales.
Al principio no había llegado la reserva de la aplicación al establecimiento. Faltó toalla de manos. El internet se fue dos veces sin explicación.
La ubicación es buena. Cerca de centros comerciales. En la noche, las instalaciones son muy iluminadas, lo cual permite ver alrededor antes de ingresar.

A good place with great security locks on doors and friendly staff. I personally liked it there.
Water was lukewarm, not hot. found some insects on the floor throughout my stay, but I understand it’s part of the local climate.
Very close to the airport. Easy to find. Shopping mall and some small local restaurants close by. Perfect for an overnight stay between flights. Hot shower, aircon and Netflix! Couldn’t recommend enough. Staff very friendly and helpful.

the days before we were due to arrive I was whatsapping the property explaining we were on a bus from peru and had been told we were due to arrive to Guayaquil at 8pm. sadly our bus was late and we arrive at 11pm- I messaged the hotel to say we were in a taxi, and their check in hours state until 12pm so I didn’t not foresee a problem. the hotel had not messaged me to ask where we were.
It is very very difficult to find with no signs. we rang the doorbell for 10/15 minutes and finally someone answered. he told us he had given up our room to someone else and we needed to find somewhere to stay- the hotel had made NO effort to contact us.
leaving us on the pavement at 2330 in Guayaquil- notoriously dangerous at the moment- is disgusting. they ‘did us a huge favour’ and got us a room in a neighbouring hostel for a higher price.
The location was perfect for a 1 night layover. Room was clean and big, the bed and TV are huge. The staff is very helpful and always available for us. there is a mall 2 blocks away which is a huge bonus.

Nice and safe place, close to the airport & bus station and close to a big mall. It's clean and the room is great, with a smart tv to watch some Netflix if you want.
