Lovely peaceful time.
Pros:

The hotel provided a continental breakfast but the restaurant does an all day breakfast that can be bought.
We had lunch at the hotel restaurant which was good value for money, very clean and the food was lovely.
The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The room was spacious and had a bath which was a lovely treat as most places only have showers now. We had a view of the beach from our hotel room. It was in a nice quite spot. We went to the local pub for dinner that was nice food and good value for money and not too far from the hotel. We loved our stay here.
Weston Super Mare is not to far away if you want somewhere more lively.

We stayed in an annexe room which was spacious and clean. Only there for one night but would definitely have been comfortable for longer.

Never again.

Staff in the cafe at breakfast were lovely and the location is nice and quiet.

Cons:

The cleaning standards of the room were so bad. Dirty tissue in the bathroom, no lock on the door, dust up the walls where you sleep, thick dust on the fans, other people’s hair left in the bath, bottle of water that looks unclean and a kettle so full of limescale you can’t see the bottom.

Had to look for staff because they were hardly on reception just in the cafe chatting. Special requests don’t get listened to because staff can’t use their common sense blowing up balloons.

We do like to be beside the seaside....
Pros:

Staff friendly (leah and Michelle were amazing!) Room was beautifully decorated, stunning view of the sea and beach, literally on the doorstep, perfect location and ideal parking. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. Overall welcoming and pleasant visit. Hope to return too, fully recommended x

We arrived late so couldn't really see much of the area, the hotel itself is lovely and the reception lady was really nice,we ate there and the food was excellent, I had beef chilli and it was very tasty, the bathroom was lush in the main hotel, heated floor, massive comfy bed,what more could you ask for

Overall good - but avoid if you don’t like dogs
Pros:

I’ve stopped in many of the hotels in Weston and this is one of the better ones. A peaceful night in a clean room.

Cons:

The breakfast is now downgraded to continental unless you book direct. This is essentially toast, cereal and yoghurt. No pastries etc. The staff at breakfast were disinterested. Shower was a little underpowered
