Cons:

Should have been told there was a problem with the shower in our room.
When it was explained that there was an airlock and told the knack of making it work all was fine.
Sad that we weren't told when we checked in.

Could of been better.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room wasn't as clean as should of been even with an un flushed toilet.
Unfortunately I was woken both nights by extreme noise from the room above at half 2 and half 3 on both mornings.
The floor boards above really creek and the guests seemed to be night owls.
There was only a bath in our room and the tap on the sink is very loose.
Both the bath and the sink took forever for the water to go down.

Lovely staff, helpful and friendly

Bed uncomfortable, pillows lumpy and sine kind of generator kept coming on throughout the night, very noisy so didn’t sleep well at all

Comfortable stay at a beach side hotel.
Pros:

Location is right by the beach, and the top three rooms have a fantastic view, plenty of parking on site, the annex gives disabled guests unfettered access.

Cons:

Narrow roads is the only drawback.

Wonderful location, fabulous view, good restaurant and friendly staff.

The room was tastefully decorated and the sea view was wonderful! The staff were all helpful and friendly. Restaurant recommended - very family friendly.
