Doesn't feel clean. Luckily we didnt stay the night
nothing
I absolutely cannot understand the positive reviews from other guests. This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever had to stay in—and I have stayed in a great many hotels, including in remote parts of India.
I do not expect luxury, but basic cleanliness, hygiene, and a decent night’s sleep should be the bare minimum. This hotel fails on every single level.
The place is absolutely filthy, looks nothing like the photos online, and is completely run-down. On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of mould throughout the room, which made the whole experience even more unbearable. The room felt dirty, neglected, and completely unhygienic.
There was old hair all over my pillow, and the bathroom was so disgusting that I did not even want to use it. To make matters even worse, there were still visible traces of faeces in the toilet from the previous guest. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious failure of basic hygiene. It is hard to understand how a room could be handed over to a new guest in such a condition.
The pillow was so disgusting that I had to cover it with my own T-shirt just to make it bearable enough to lie down and sleep. The entire bed felt so filthy that I genuinely struggled to bring myself to get into it at all. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel before. No paying guest should ever have to sleep under such conditions.
The entire property is in a state of disrepair, and the way it is presented online is utterly misleading. The photos give a completely different impression from the reality. The hotel is an absolute disgrace.
On top of everything else, getting any proper sleep was almost impossible. A metal detector at the entrance kept beeping throughout the night every time someone walked through it. Nobody appeared to be checking anything, so the constant noise seemed completely pointless. Having to listen to this incessant beeping throughout the night in an already appalling hotel was simply infuriating.
Everything went great! The hotel is good, the service is worthy.
With a few improvements, it could have been absolutely perfect. Otherwise a preety good stay.
Amenities were good.Service was great. Overall a great place to stay at.
Room is comfortable. Bathroom cleanliness up to the mark. Breakfast is very good . Bed linen is excellent. Room cleanliness is excellent.
Concierge staff helped me every time I needed assistance. I do not remember the names of staff who cleaned our rooms every day but they were awesome.
The location is ok, but staff is friendly. Service is great. Food is nice, and would love to stay here again.
Courteous staff, delicious food. Great stay
Best rooms, service and amenities. Decoration was very pretty. Staff were very courteous everywhere specially at the reception.
It's genuinely almost impossible to find faults with this property. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect.
Good rooms with sufficient space and all the amenities as per the standard.
