Pros:

As normal we booked a deluxe room, and got a basic, small room. This appears to be normal here. Book a good room, get scammed.

Cons:

Small room, poor facilities. Broken items, no English speakers. Had to walk up the fire escape to access the room. A complete waste of money. For food we had to return to D1, at 50000 dong each way.
This was not what we paid for.
