Peri Hotel Taksim

We booked two inter-connecting rooms for a couple and adult child for 6 nights.
The rooms were extremely small with the large bed which made it impossible to be comfortable with luggage. We were told by staff we could keep our suitcases outside the rooms as they would be safe as it was only us staying on the floor.
The rooms when made up were just average, pillows just thrown on the bed with little effort and the towels on some days were of poor quality, small towels and very old & dated. Something a little more plush would have been nice. The staff were excellent and accommodated all our requests. Had a 24 hour desk at reception which was very handy.

We really liked our stay, the rooms were super clean, excellent location, and Mustafa was extremely helpful answering any questions we might have.

The rooms were so clean and so perfect and had all the facilities needed, the staff and owner were so lovely and friendly and helped us so much guiding us on good places to visit and how to stay safe. The hotel is a walking distance from all the great places so it is very convenient, and honestly I would really recommend for anybody looking to stay in Istanbul to book with this hotel, it’s hospitable, extremely friendly and everyone made our stay so comfortable. Thank you for the staff for being so accommodating, we will definitely be back to visit Istanbul & definitely will revisit this hotel.

Friendly staff. Small rooms but good if you just need a place to crash and be near the taksim square.

Clean room and nice hotel. Very friendly and service-minded staff. They always asked if we wanted anything and provided if we needed anything.

The place looks newly renovated, and cleanliness was great. Very quiet and easy to sleep at night, even though it's within walking distance of Taksim square. The staff were amazing and helpful, super responsive to anything we asked of them.
My biggest complaint would have to be the towels. They are clean, but show very old age and need to get replaced.

They charged for a stain on a towel. They didnt provide towels daily and we had to ask for fresh towels. They wash the same bed sheets and reuse. We would have to wait for the laundry to get back to our room. They lock you in the hotel, literally! Then they do a final check on the room before they let you out. When I wanted to have my cup of tea in the lobby at 6:30 am and was watching something on my phone, the young man who works the night shift said, "Please go to your room I need to sleep". He laid down on the bench and went to sleep.

The property was very close to Taxim Square . Small family run hotel ,bed only no breakfast . However there are plenty of places to get breakfast . The owner was amazing mustafa we felt very safe . As soon as I booked the hotel he contacted me ,arranged everything and made our stay enjoyable . A big thanks to Pulina too ,always helpful and made us feel like family . Recommend this hotel .
