Pros:

Apartment was Villa C5 so up 3flights of stairs. Carrying luggage and parcels up were hectic. Apartment was comfortable and spacious.

Pros:

Great space and buildings 0 maintenance done just gardens well looked after . Housekeeping was also helpful ! Some Doors didn’t have curtains . And I understood it was all due to long staying tenants

Feeling Safe and At Home
Pros:

Being a single women in a foreign country during a national lock down, I felt safe and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sylvia was always checking up on me to see if I needed anything. Elvis always had a friendly smile when I needed help with the WIFI or SmartTV. Max the security guard was always welcoming with a big smile. The grocery store just across the street and the laundry room on site made my stay that much more stress free. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Johannesburg.

Pros:

I loved the place but didn’t like where I was put. It was really far from the entrance. Also, no one communicated to me about their lights out policy. I was really shocked to spend my first night in total darkness. Also had to keep calling for assistance for everything. No communication. Staff was pleasant;
