The hospitality of the female staff is excellent
Pros:

The female staff at the front desk were always smiling, which was great. Even though I arrived one hour early, they allowed me to check into my room. The hotel is also close to the ferry terminal and major tourist attractions.

Cons:

The overall property is quite old and worn. The lighting was weak, making the room quite dim. The walls are thin, and I could clearly hear voices and sounds from the neighboring rooms and the hallway.
