Welcoming place for a short stay but warm rooms in the summer
Pros:

Room was clean and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was an Italian breakfast of croissants, cake, yoghurt and coffee. Accessible 24/7 via your own key and entrance. Having a restaurant as part of the hotel was useful and good to have.

Cons:

Beds were a little stiff, could feel the springs through them. No air conditioning although a fan was provided which did work with the windows open, it wasn't uncomfortable, but you noticed the heat when you walked in. It is a bit out of town, about 20 minutes, which we knew, but you are quite isolated for food options around the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel, but you need to be aware of. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk.
Room was very minimal in design and was perfectly adequate for a short stay.
Road seemed to be busy throughout the night and with the windows open could be quite noisy with big trucks every so often.

Clean, comfortable and very good value for money
Pros:

Good location, short walk into Feltre. Strong hot shower and clean room and bathroom. Fan provided which kept us nice and cool at night.

Cons:

One of the windows in the bedroom didn't have shutters so the room was a bit light at night but it didn't affect my sleep

A great place to stay for a reasonable price. Staff very attentive and the food served was super.
Pros:

The waiter who serves us dinner was a great young man. We had a delicious seafood platter which tasted very fresh. And an apéritif after our meal was such a treat. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

My wife’s bed was not so great but mine seemed fine.

Pros:

Eravamo costretti a fermarci per gomma auto forata. Qui c'era posto con check in immediato. Il personale era gentile. Vicino a fabbrica Pedavena.

Cons:

I letti erano scomodi perché si sentivano le molle. L'aria condizionata non c'è. C'è il ventilatore. Il bagno vetusto e privo di appendini per gli asciugamani lunghi della doccia. Non c'è il phon. Meno male che tutti abbiamo i capelli corti.
Durante la notte un continuo rumore di automobili.

A large Spacious room
Pros:

Good spacious room. A last minute booking due to a change of plans.
A small distance from the main town and next to a busy road but very, very comfortable.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Excellent dinner from the restaurant.

Cons:

Incredibly uncomfortable mattress. Springs poking up everywhere.
Also very hot in the room, impossible to cool down with the very noisy fan that we left going overnight.
We had a terrible night's sleep here.

They have made an understand free for our motorbikes

No hairdryer, heating was not on, no breakfast buffet (we had to ask for every single piece of bread, yoghurt and cheese)
