Lovely place, compact and minimalist, good view and good value for money.

Luke was the perfect host
We were only there for one night but Luke, the manager/owner was exceptionally helpful! Even before we arrived he contacted us to help arrange transportation to and from the hotel and organizing a scooter for the day. The room looked incredible on the website but was even better in person.
The hotel was a little out of the way from the main area but it was barely an issue.
Lovely host who went out of his way to accomodate our requests. Spacious clean room, with ample space. Great balcony and bathroom design
The night light couldn't turn off
Very friendly and helpful staff and Netflix was a nice touch.
Fantastic hotel, especially the staff. I inquired about a food tour and the person (Luke) at the reception invited me to join him personally. Really made the experience that much better! Clean room, good, soft mattresse and bedsheets.

A little bit further out of town that we had thought and the road it is on could have been cleaner.
Nicely decorated rooms with new and modern furniture. The view out the back towards the fields and railway is quite calming. The surroundings are quiet, but still easy to Grab or even just walk into the town (~15 mins). The owners are very friendly and helpful.
The room with the bath tub is a bit smaller than we expected.

Especially like the Netflix streaming option, surprisingly haven’t had this service in all the other hotel stays in Vietnam (even if they are 5 stars)
Takes about 30 minute to walk to the tourist attraction sites, but less than 10 minute drive away.
Room was decent size, and had a balcony. There was a projector in the room we stayed in, so if you wanted to watch films, would be a good option.
The decor was nice, and looked very new and modern, not the most functional, but the look was there.
Soundproofing does not exist, I heard my mum talking downstairs, assumed she was one floor down, but she was 3 floors below me, she wasn’t shouting, the noise just travels so far. So you could hear everything going on, and this was a pain for getting to sleep, as some are on different schedules.
Location isn’t great, it’s in a residential area with not much around it, and seems an odd place (google street view it). There were roosters crowing early in the morning which set off a load dogs barking too, which usually woke us up.
Had to ask for hand towels and toilet paper for our room. On that note, it’s not a hotel but a guesthouse.
