El hotel tiene muy buena comunicación por autobús con cualquier parte de la ciudad que quieras visitar, con muchos konbinis cerca y la habitación muy cómoda. Y el personal muy amable y atento.

Stay here if you want a lovely, independent kind of place that is super comfy.
Pros:

After a mediocre place, this place was like heaven. The decoration style reminded me of the film 'Lost in Translation'. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and pleasant. The shower was great. There were lots of amenities, I felt way more pampered here and wished I had stayed here longer. It was a wonderfully relaxing room. I would stay here again.

La chambre et le style étaient biens

Cons:

Dès qu’on est arrivées, l’homme à la réception était désagréable et condescendant
Il nous a plus ou moins expliqué les règles du séjour et remis les clés mais à la limite de la politesse
Le lendemain matin, nous avons été choquées par un petit déjeuner qui ne comprenais que des petites tartines, des croissants, quelques carrés de beurre et de la confiture
Nous avons vu une table avoir un plateau garni de poissons etc mais fallait il le commander? Était ce un traitement spécial? Rien ne nous a été expliqué
Les autres touristes étaient dans la même situations que nous et nous avons tous été au supermarché juste à côté acheter du fromage à mettre sur notre pain
Nous avons trouvé ce petit déjeuner honteux

Cons:

Hotel com instalações bem sujas; o quarto não estava sujo, porém as partes comuns do hotel estava.

Quarto bem pequeno e cama pequena para 2 adultos com 1 criança de 6 anos. Sabemos que os hotéis no Japão, em geral, tem quartos bem pequenos, porém esse foi o menor entre os 5 que ficamos nessa viagem. Apesar de termos ciência de que havíamos reservado um quarto com 1 cama apenas para 2 adultos e 1 criança, achamos a cama pequena quando comparamos com os outros hotéis que ficamos, tornando as noites meio desconfortáveis. Não posso dar uma avaliação muito ruim neste ponto porque reservamos cientes da possibilidade, mas também não tenho como dar a mesma nota que os outros similares que reservamos e tinham mais espaço e camas maiores.

Hotel molto centrale. E' possibile raggiungere molti luoghi da visitare a piedi. La dimensione della stanza e la dimensione del bagno sono eccellenti paragonate alle altre strutture giapponesi.

Cons:

Forse il personale un po' poco attento, comunque molto professionale. Ma per il resto direi che mi è piaciuto tutto

Great location !! Close to Nishi Market & a few secondhand shops if you’re keen to buy a Vintage Kimono. Easy walk to the Nijo Castle / Palace - well worth a visit. Easy local bus system to see many other iconic sights. Cherry Blossom’s were stunning.

Cons:

Very hard pillows which we swapped for slightly softer ones.
