Great value.
Pros:

Loved the room. Felt clean and luxurious - great bed. Staff was very kind, good communication and very little language barrier. Nice amenities.

Cons:

No complaints. Could perhaps have been a little closer to the tourist area but that's only if I HAD to nitpick.

Muy buena ubicación, excelente relación calidad precio para Japón
Pros:

La ubicación, estaba cerca de las paradas de bus que es lo que mayormente te movilizas en Kioto y también cerca del metro.

Cons:

Me acostumbré a los otros hoteles de Japón que te daban pijama todos los días, aquí no te dan pijama. Las camas un poco duras pero no es mayormente un problema

Pros:

Lovely clean rooms can’t complain! Tea and coffee downstairs and even free toast in a morning was a nice touch!

Cons:

A little walk to main area but still had plenty of restaurants around. Most of the staff were friendly!
