Pros:

Отличный отель! Просторные номера, вкусные завтраки и прекрасный вид на море. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

Считаю, что отель не отвечает требованиям уровня звездности.
Cons:

В этом отеле предусмотрен отдельный выход на набережную и скальную тропу. Это изюминка этого отеля и то, ради чего мы, собственно, ехали. Но оказалось, что выход закрыт 🤷 и предупредить об этом заранее, при бронировании, например, отелю в голову не пришло.
WIFI несколько дней не работал, мои обращения по телефону и лично на стойке ничего не дали, 3 этаж.
Душевая стойка в ванной, узкой ванной установлена так, что принять душ безопасно невозможно, приходится либо держать лейку душа рукой, либо заливать пол ванной.
Сейфов в номерах нет.

Забронировали отель за две недели до заезда через Booking на трое суток, приехали с маленьким ребенком 3 года, на ресепшене сказали мест нет 👎, сослались на то что это проблемы Booking, никаких извинений не принесли, пришлось с багажом и с ребенком срочно искать другой отель. Неприятные и грубые девушки на ресепшн. Больше ни ногой в этот отель

Staff speaks few English. When we arrived the towels were not in the room: we asked for them, housekeeping brings them us after two hours!
