Бронь была сделана мною в марте или феврале , но готовность к приему гостя на тройку по 10 бальной шкале , спасибо тольк

Проживали с 7-9 мая . Номера чистые , соответствует картинке. Местоположение отличное .

Cons:

Фен в номере 9908 был не рабочий. Халат один , хотя номер люкс. Полотенцесушитель не нагревался , перегородка сломана в ванной - точнее сказать не закреплена ходит ходуном. Сейфа именно в номере 9908 не было . В день заселения вместо люкса-выдали полулюкс номер 7000 на этаже нет света и халат также был один - зато был и сейф и полотенцесушитель хорошо работал .

Хочу выразить благодарность гостинице за комфортное проживание и высокий уровень сервиса. Номера чистые, уютные, всё продумано до мелочей — чувствуется забота о гостях.

Отдельно хочется отметить Дариге на ресепшен. Очень вежливая,, приветливая и внимательная. Всегда готовы помочь, быстро решают любые вопросы и создают приятную атмосферу с самого момента заселения.

Ok für eine Nacht
Pros:

Das Zimmer war angenehm und geräumig. Schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Die Damen an der Rezeption haben jedesmal konsequent den Augenkontakt vermieden oder waren mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Ich hatte fast ein schlechtes Gewissen zu „stören“. Auch das Restaurant mit dem schönen Meerblick hatte nicht geöffnet.
