Pros:

Чисто комфортно,шведский стол неплохой,много интересного в самом отеле.Это аквариум,рестораны и местоположение отеля впечатляет.Приедем еще раз.Спасибо вам🥰

Pros:

Really nice clean big rooms. Love the lobby with the fish task and sofas and a few of the sea. We also ate at the restaurant which was very good. Great location for going on foot to all the main sites and great restaurants. They prepared a really nice packed lunch for us as we had to depart before breakfast time.

Cons:

The swimming pool was a bit cold. The bridge to walk to the beach was also very slippery and a bit dangerous. We also arrived an hour early and they wouldn't let us check in (was the only place in Kazakhstan where that happened) - for a such a large hotel I would have expected this would not be a problem. They were also a bit slow in responding to my messages asking for an airport transfer.

Cons:

Nobody smiles at you.
My bed side lamp was on fire in the night, gave me a flight.
Looks big on the outside but not good value for money. There is a phone in the room but no phone number to reception. No instructions in English.

Pros:

Персонал очень добрый, всегда с пониманием относился к проблемам. Правда, проход на пляж пытались регулировать.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Personal, gute Lage, gutes Frühstück,
Die Zimmer sind sehr groß.
Auch Kühlschrank, Klima und sonst alles, was man so braucht.
Sauna , Fitness und Swimmingpool.
Gepäck kann problemlos über die Tour aufbewahren werden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, wo es langsam renoviert werden sollte.

Донести до девушек на ресепшен, что "они для гостей отеля", а не "гости отеля для них".
Pros:

Завтрак в целом понравился. Удивило, что в конце лета на завтрак очень мало фруктов. Прекрасный аквариум на -1 этаже, нигде такого не видел.

Cons:

За 7 дней пребывания 3 раза "глючили" карты для входа в номер. Приходилось ехать на ресепшен (4 этажа). При отъезде ночью мы пропускали оплаченный завтрак, поэтому попросили днем девушек на ресепшен приготовить нам с собой в дорогу "сухой паек". Они пообещали, но в итоге ничего не сделали. Очень некрасиво получилось! Неприлично для 5-ти звездочного отеля.
