Персонал неприветливый, летняя терраса постоянно занята в летнее время из-за брони владельцев отеля

Чистота, удобства в номере

Cons:

на балконе не было столика и стульев, чтоб можно посидеть, персонал на ресепшене и в ресторане- неприветливый, лица грустные и суровые, долго обслуживают, халат и тапочки ждала целый час, несколько раз звонила напоминала. Так же в августе приезжаю второй раз и каждый раз не могу попасть на летнюю террасу, со слов администратора ресторана на террасу имеется постоянная бронь за владельцами отеля. Я понимаю они владельцы, но тогда пусть не пишут, что имеется терраса для гостей отеля, вводят в заблуждение людей
