The room was nice but certain parts of the floor were flimsy

Cons:

The fact that I made a reservation to check in at 3pm got there late due to the amount of traffic that had the whole freeway backed after almsot a 3.5 hour we finally arrive at aroun6:15pm just to be told there was no rooms ready and that we would have to wait 45 mins or if we could check in after the game was over that we were there to see. My kids had to shower and ise the restroom and we basically were told we would have to wait no accomidations were offered nor did we get any messages saying that the room wasnt available we were late to our Game. I never had this type of experience this was so dissapointing i have messaged muktupke times on how canni get this resolved or some type of compensation and have yet to hear back from anyone. The girl doing breakfast was super nice she was all alone doing her best with no help. I was so dissapointed and still am

Great hotel to stay at!
Pros:

It’s nice and quiet. The room is so elegant. It has microwave, pool, a market area to get snacks, 24 hours gym, the hotel room has closet and office area where you could work and/or do homework. The breakfast was top notch!
