Una sera abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare davanti all’hotel perché in tutto il paese non abbiamo trovato un posto, e’ un vero

La posizione, ma soprattutto il parcheggio un vero problema. I posti auto (7) riservati all’hotel vengono occupati dai residenti, stessa cosa per il parcheggio libero, quindi impossibile parcheggiare.

Ambiente accogliente, camera ben arredata con balconcino e vista sul borgo. Possibilità di accedere ad una piccola spa e rilassarsi con un massaggio rigenerante. Borgo piccolo ma carino, vicino ad una cittadina Sarzana, inaspettatamente molto vivace e interessante, peraltro ventilata anche in questi giorni particolarmente caldi e afosi

Dopo aver segnalato un disagio nella nostra camera, nessuno è realmente intervenuto per risolvere il problema. Inoltre, da rivedere alcune modalità di come ci si interfaccia con la clientela per alcuni membri dello staff.

petit dejeuner sympatique , personnel de tout l'hotel toujours charmant et attentionné

Cons:

la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, peu de froid par la canicule, le réfrigérateur de chambre qui ne faisait plus de froid, une seule étagère pour deux dans la penderie et la tringle pour accrocher les vêtements à.....2 m du sol pratique !!!!!! pas de prise pour ordinateur !!!!!!! ou télévision ou ordi, ainsi que: lampe de chevet ou recharge téléphone. il est important de mentionner que pour arriver à la réception l'escalier qui y mène est long et raide, donc difficile pour des personnes agées et à mobilité réduite
