Mi estancia en el Hotel Thành Trung Cát Bà fue excelente, especialmente gracias al servicio de habitaciones. El personal siempre fue amable, atento y rápido en responder a cualquier solicitud. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, con todo perfectamente ordenado y aromatizado, lo que hacía que me sintiera muy cómodo desde el primer momento.
Hotel sencillo que cumple el papel. Camas comodas.

Google maps had it's position wrong. If the bus driver had not known where it was I wouldn't have found it.
Owner is a lovely friendly woman, made it so easy to book day trips and we could rent a bike from the hotel. Big room, very clean, and good breakfast with delicious corn cakes! Great value for the price!
Beds quite hard and no hot water in the shower.
The room was clean and tidy, simple but perfect. Breakfast was good! Lots of options to choose from. Location is good too
The elevator makes a noise that you can barely hear from the room, I solved it by using the fan so I couldn't hear it.
We got the room with two comfy queen beds and a large window. The room was spacious, with private bathroom. Everything was very clean and the wifi connection was strong. We booked 1 night but end up staying for 3, we liked it there very much. The owner was super nice and helpful. She offered us a Lan Ha Bay day trip with a lot of activities for half a price comparing to trips on the internet.
Great location and good breakfast. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful with booking things we needed. I also liked that the room was fully dark in the morning as the curtains were really good.
There wasn’t always hot water and there was a beeping sound coming from the elevator at all times so could be a bit annoying at night.
Tasty, homemade breakfast and the staff made us feel right at home!
The room was very big and quiet, the lady who ran the hotel was very nice and friendly. She always remembered we wanted hot water. The room was very clean, bathroom was clean too.
The breakfast was very minimal - instant noodle soup or bread with egg and a banana. The wifi was very spotty in our room.
