It's an old world polite hotel, nice beds, great views, friendly staff, great sauna (if you get it hot enough)

The Reception employees were very helpful

Cons:

Booked the Partner hotel (Atlas Sport) originally and was switched after booking into a different location (Atlas Grand), receiving notification through email. Family was then separated into two different buildings due to the different hotel layout. As far as Reception goes, the front desk was extremely kind and friendly, they tried to keep everyone happy.
