The room is quite clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good location, quiet without much construction dust.
Clean, comfortable and good value for money.
Staff were friendly, breakfast was simple but good (jam or egg with bread, pancake with fruit, tea or coffee), helped organise transportation, room was clean, easy to walk to restaurants and Cat Ba waterfront, nice to have an elevator in the hotel!
Initially our 3 rooms were on 3 different floors. Not ideal, but we have teenagers so we felt the kids could cope not being right next door to us. The hotel is right next to a primary school so if you want to sleep in, maybe book somewhere else.
The room was very spacious, modern and clean with a nice big window offering a view of the street / mountain and plenty of natural light. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast is simple but is a great addition to the room. Location is also very good, just up the road from the main esplanade.
The owner was a little bit pushy with trying to sell tours and scooter rental. This may be ok for some people, but we prefer to research and organise our activities ourselves. It made it a little awkward sometimes.
Great value for the money. Even more when tasty breakfest included. Perfect location.
very unpleasant smell of waste in the bathroom. He really needs a deep cleaning. I also missed slippers around the room, which wouldn't have been such a problem anyway.

There is no possiblity to take a shower after check out
Can’t go wrong for the price, breakfast was nice just a little small, two comfy beds and a warm shower. Good location and the staff helped us book a tour of halong bay.
Obviously don’t expect 5 star accommodation but nothing really wrong with the hotel. Breakfast could have just been a little bigger.
