Kleines Zimmer für ein Wochenendtrip ok

Pros:

Größe des Zimmers, Küchenausstattung,
Zwischenreinigung wäre möglich gewesen und Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche ( haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen),

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, im Sommer sehr ungünstig, da man in der Nacht kein Fenster öffnen kann, zu laut draußen wegen Verkehr (Autos/S Bahn), hätten uns mehr Tabs für die Spülmaschine gewünscht, da nicht soviel Geschirr vorhanden ist und man öfter spülen muss,
Roof Top war während unseres Aufenthaltes nur 1x geöffnet (bei Regen einzusehen,aber nicht bei Wind),

Rent, snyggt, vänlig personal.

Cons:

Väldigt hård säng, men man kan be om en extra madrass som gör det skönare. Finns ingen AC så skulle inte välja detta boende mitt i sommaren.

Pros:

Cozy, spacious, extremely friendly staff.

The most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept in.

Perfect location for a stroll through the neighborhood or to explore whole Berlin since it is only a short walk to the s-bahn.

Lots of good places to eat nearby especially Holzmarkt 25.

Short walk to East Side gallery and ostbahnhof.

Super nice rooftop bar and a small breakfast cafe with delicious drinks and snacks.

Cons:

During a hot summer like this it is unbearable to leave the windows closed and there is no air condition.
But you won't get any sleep with the window open since the train runs basically through your room all night, there are a million ambulances driving the road every night sirens on and there is a construction side outside the place that starts tearing down a building latest 7 am.

(Suggestion to the staff: give your tenants some free to borrow electric fans on those days)

Rooftop bar: if you put up a sign that you show all World championship soccer games then don't close the rooftop bar at 11 pm 😉

The TV in the room only gets a few channels. ARD would have been nice since see above...

Cons:

Die S-Bahn in unmitelbarer Nähe ist extrem laut.
Es gibt in dem Hotel keine Klimaanlage und auch sonst keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur im Zimmer zu regeln.
Im Zusammenhang mit dem Preis stimmt das Preis-Leitungsverhältnis nicht.

Airbnb mit Hotelvorteilen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war eine perfekte Mischung aus Hotel und Wohnblock. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und trotzdem eine Ansprechperson an der Rezeption. Das Highlight war die tolle Dachterrasse, auf der wir die warmen Sommerabende ausklingen lassen konnten.
Die Unterkunft ist durch die umliegenden Bahnhöfe sehr gut erschlossen.

Cons:

Obwohl die Unterkunft neu ist, verfügt sie leider nicht über eine Klimaanlage, dafür aber über ein gut funktionierendes Belüftungssystem. Wir waren während der Hitzeperiode im Juni 2026 dort und mussten mit offenem Fenster schlafen, um das Zimmer ein wenig abkühlen zu können. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben einer Gleisanlage, die bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr gut zu hören ist. Glücklicherweise verkehren nachts für einige Stunden keine Züge.

Excellent when it's not hot out there.
Pros:

Location, staff, overall comfort and spaciousness of the room, the kitchenette is a nice touch, water pressure, bathroom cleanliness, lift, reception 24/7, invoice arrives quickly.

Cons:

No air conditioning killed it for me. I was yearning for it upon my return from work and was missed dearly.

Pros:

Todo casi nuevo y super comodo.. Personal muy amable. Ubicacion maso pero bicis y chau. Gran vista. La ducha tiene presion hidrolavadora y drena bien.

Cons:

Todo perfecto. Le faltan ganchos en el baño como al 100% de los casos ;)

Top Lage, freundliches Personal und geräumige Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig in der Nähe der Spree, des Ostbahnhofs, des Radialsystems und des Kater Blau. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur eine Lüftung, die bei den hohen Temperaturen nicht ausreichend kühlte.
