Pros:

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück ist top

Cons:

Das Gefühl einer 2 Klassen-Gesellschaft an der Rezeption zu erleben, da Buchung über Booking.com erfolgte.
Dieses passierte uns 2 mal.
Dieses Zimmer für 2 Personen anzubieten ist eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung ist unter Jugendherbergsniveau. Kann man auch nicht mit der Aussage "ist Berlin"
zu entschuldigen, da wir bereits einige andere Hotels kennenlernen durften. Für uns " never ever". Bitte nicht nochmals Ihren Kunden anbieten.

ruhiges Zimmer in einem Stadthotel
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer hinten raus und deshalb war es sehr ruhig. Aber der Ausblick war nicht schön. Am Frühstück und am Frühstücksraum habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Nebenan ist eine Baustelle. Von dort kam aber kein Lärm. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und die S-Bahn Station "Zoologischer Garten" ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt.

Cons:

Während meiner 3 Nächte fand keine Reinigung der Zimmer statt.

No lo recomiendo porque no le van a limpiar la pieza y el baño, tampoco reponer el papel de baño

El resto era lo que se espera de un hotel

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación , no importa no aspirar o limpiar el baño , pero sacar la basura diariamente y reponer papel de baño es lo mínimo que se puede pedir , le avisé a la recepcionista y dijo que no lo limpiaban diariamente , a ella tuve que pedirle papel de baño , y los papeles de los 4 días , ya no alcanzaba en los pequeños basureros que tienen
Los dos recepcionistas que hablé poco amable , las srta del lugar para desayunar muy amable

Preisleistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Ku‘ damm und Buslinie 100. Die Mitarbeiter*innen vom Frühstücksdienst. Schönes Zimmer (mit Ausnahme des Badezimmers).

Cons:

Badezimmer / Treppenhaus muss besser gereinigt werden. Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war nicht dienstleistungsorientiert. Sie konnte leider weder eine Blumenvase noch einen Eimer 🪣 für die Blumen besorgen.
Vollkornbrötchen fehlen auf dem Buffet.

Klidně bych se vrátil.
Pros:

Několik zastávek BUS hned kousek od hotelu.
Milá recepční.
Možnost parkování uvnitř (za příplatek).
Stul na počítač, spousta zásuvek.
V hotelu celkem klid, pro mě pohodlná postel a peřiny.
Pokoj malý, ale stačil.

Cons:

Chyběla mi na pokoji konvice na večerní čaj po konferenci v klidu a po sprše.

It was good and comfortable.
Pros:

It is. Great place to stay in Berlin. Location is good. Nearest U bahn is about 5 mins walk. Bus station is right at the gate. Parking facility is very good although extra cost.
Staff well behaved.
Overall a good property.
