Great location for exploring Tokyo and comfort for recovering.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and a good size for a family of four. The best thing about the hotel was its location. The room had everything you would need for a week stay and recover from a big day exploring Tokyo.

la localisation à côté du parc est top car le parc est époustouflant

Pros:

The place was new, clean and modern, aesthetically pleasing. Staff, although not present, was very responsive. Location is perfect, you are in the heart of Shinjuku.

Cons:

Through out our stay we had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. They tried to fix it with some products but it didn't work. So, we just dealt with it. The deluxe apartment size is 30m but, I guess, it includes the terrace. For 2 people is ok but I would not advice it for three people.

広くて設備もすごくよかった！

Cons:

2段ベット上のベットシーツが変えられてなく、すごく汚かった。長い髪の毛、ベビースターラーメン、チュッパチャップスの棒など、、、落ちていて気分が良くなかった。それ以外はすごくよかった

Pros:

Honestly this place blew my expectations out of the water. We stayed here for only 2 nights at the very end of our trip. It was super comfortable and one of the best accommodations we stayed at throughtout the three weeks we stayed in Japan.

Great value and location
Pros:

Great location, comfy beds, lots of kitchen and bathroom / laundry amenities

Cons:

instructions for the apartment were only accessible through Instagram. Water pressure was okay, water temperature was okay but you couldn't get the shower steaming hot if you liked it that way.
