A comfortable, stylish stay in a great Shinjuku location would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

The property was extremely clean, modern, and well-designed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel relaxing and upscale. The location in Shinjuku was perfect close to everything, yet quiet enough to rest well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention anything, the stay was too short we would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the space more.

Fantastic find in Tokyo
Pros:

Spacious, clean and located close to the bustle of Shinjuku but in a quieter area.

Cons:

Noise transfer from above apartment was not great. But I think that was a case of young kids running and jumping off beds, no fault of illi.

Pros:

Great location in Shinjuku, close to restaurants, cafes and shopping as well as train stations. For a family of 5 it was spacious enough, clean and comfortable.

illi tas has all you need for a short stay in Tokyo and more
Pros:

illi Tas has everything you could need for a stay in Tokyo. From washing machine, to iron, complimentary chocolate popcorn, tea and coffee. It is in a great location - close to two stations - and convenience stores like 7-11, Lawsons and pharmacy. Beds are comfortable, love the two sinks. The space is perfectly sufficient for a family of 4 with 2 grown teens.

Elegant and very convenient for tourism
Pros:

Location was great, check-in was seamless. The apartment was elegant and comfortable. Short distance to underground transport for easy access to all parts of the city

Would NOT call this a hotel.
Pros:

Very spacious and clean. Large bathroom and an in unit washer dryer was very nice. There is an amazing 2nd floor Japanese bbq restaurant next door.

Cons:

No staff of any sort. It was more of an air bnb than a hotel. MIMARU is the same concept but had a lobby with staff that could accommodate you like a hotel and thus place was more $$$. When Irrached out via app it email formertowels they told me to was and dry the ones there with the machine in the unit.
