Beds are full of bugs and so dirty walls and ceilings when I asked at the reception that told me other guests are not having problems why you asking and not even allow me to sit on sofa infront of reception so only that time I checked out and travelled to airport

If cleanliness and pest control improved along with RO water facility then the cost is acceptable
