Pros:

El desayuno resultó ser satisfactorio; no obstante, al ser dos individuos más un menor en la habitación, no se suministró nada adicional como para mi hijo. En cambio, se trató de un desayuno adecuado para dos personas.

Cons:

Al realizar la reserva para tres personas, nos hubiese agradado recibir la habitación equipada con utensilios de cocina y cubiertos para tres; aunque mi hijo es de corta edad, requiere cubiertos.

Großzügiges Appartement. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. An der Rezeption war immer jemand für Fragen erreichbar. Der EIngang war durchgängig beaufsichtigt, so dass man sich im Hotel sehr sicher fühlt.

Cons:

Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber nicht üppig und mit einer Tasse Instantkaffee. Das ist in Chile aber so üblich.

Pros:

La ubicacion es ideal. El estacionamiento subterraneo muy seguro. Llegamos antes y pudimos estacionar sin problemas. Las mucamas y el personal de recepcion muy atento con mi bebe. Todo limpio, la cocina bien equipada y el desayuno riquísimo y muy completo

Cons:

Lo unico para aportar es que cuando entramos al apart estaba frio y costo ponerlo a temperatura. La cama tiene varias frazadas por lo que no se pasa frio, solo fue al ingresar que seguramente ventilaron y ese dia hacia frio.

Local muito agradável, com uma equipe de funcionários excelente.

Quarto muito amplo, iluminação excelente, arejado. Banheiro com louças novas e brancas, muito limpo. Cozinha satisfatória. Localização privilegiada, vista panorâmica para Lagoa.

Cons:

Poderiam trocar o carpete por piso laminado. Colocar uma cafeteira na cozinha.
