Fantastic comfortable hotel
Pros:

Beautiful spacious room. Big bathroom. New hotel. Close to old town. 30 min to castle. Really friendly staff. Breakfast is served at the sister hotel across the street. Very good.

Excellent location in a lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was modern but classically decorated which was nice. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It’s in a good location near the centre. The staff (especially Martinella) were super friendly and helpful. Parking was good too.

Cons:

There were no seats on the balcony and the restaurant was closed for refurbishment (but they arranged an alternative in a nearby hotel).

Prachtig hotel met service zo als het hoort.
Pros:

Super warm ontvangst!! We zijn op door reis door albanie op onze route beland in Berat bij het hotel Plaza Berat, even lekker tussen het wild kamperen genieten van super luxe. 1e keer aangekomen bij de receptie aangekomen goed ontvangen, bleken we de verkeerde datum te hebben geboekt... Geen probleem meneer regelen we direct! Super service. Na een week terug gekomen om onze 10 jarig jubileum te vieren en hier een flink stuk voor terug gereden.. kortom een prachtig hotel met hele fijne mensen die geven om een prettig verblijf.
Uitstekende service tot volgend jaar. Groetjes

Nagyon szép, minőségi szálláshely, kedves fogadtatás
Pros:

Egy igazi csoda hely. Családdal voltunk. Nagyon kedves mindenki, szép a szoba, és egy nyugodt, csendes részen van, 10 perc könnyű sétára a történelmi belvárostól. Jó, hogy van saját parkolóhely.

Cons:

Nagyon szuper lesz, ha kész lesz a saját reggeliző rész. A mostani megoldással sincs baj, de a szolgáltatás úgy kész igazán magas szintű.

Hotel liegt zentral man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Frühstück war gut und vielseitig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich kann das Plaza weiterempfehlen.

Un hôtel parfait pour visiter cette belle ville de Berat
Pros:

Grande chambre et grande salle de bain très confortables. Et climatisation essentielle car plus de 35 degrés en juin. (Très très chaud pour des visites.)
Situation pas loin de la vieille ville ( à pied) et au bout d une large allée piétonne bordée d un côté d un parc ( ombre appréciée car climat très chaud) et de l autre de commerces et restzurants
Personnel très gentil et serviable. Nous avons été accueilli à la réception par quelqu un qui parlait français !
Parking privé de l hôtel

Cons:

Rien mais à savoir beaucoup de grimpettes pour visiter le château et la vieille ville donc pas facile pour les personnes à mobilité plus difficile
Pour nous c etait parfois limitant
A refaire nous choisirions un mois moins chaud car nous devions rester l zpres-midi à l hôtel pour nous rafraîchir. Visites matinée et soirée
