No-frills Beach Cottage - Best in North Goa!
Pros:

Preferred this place over Baga, Anjuna and Palolem.
It is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Easy access from Candolim main road by Bike or Car (including SUV). 5 mins through the winding lanes and you reach this well-maintained, cute, small, no-frills cottage space...which charges very little, but puts you right in the middle of Candolim beach, away from the loud Calangute-Baga and the main Candolim tourist beach.
If I could get a non-expensive, beach cottage with access to a clean, empty beach, visited mostly by foreigners with their families, from where I can reach the hotspots in Anjuna in 30mins max and Chapora Main Road in 40mins max... I need not travel 40-50kms down south to Palolem. Only thing I missed was the sea kayaking, which is not possible in north goa beaches...they do river kayaks mostly.
The property has 1 caretaker Pramodh for 5 (same-sized) cottages. He is a sweet guy who can help with bike rental contacts as well. Owner is also a nice helpful guy.

Cons:

No meal/ breakfast on offer. But all major Candolim cafes/ restaurants or beach shacks are only a few meters away.
The cottages get hot like a gas burner in the day time. But the Air conditioner works just fine past the initial 5-10mins shocker!

Must Visit Place to Chill and Meditate…
Jack send the video of the cottages before taking advance to confirm the booking, which I found very genuine
I took beach facing cottage
Property is covered with lawn and Sand perfect combination of nature
I have also extended my stay because of the location
