Мы остались очень довольны этим отелем в Гёреме. С самого начала чувствовалось внимательное и тёплое отношение со стороны администраторов — они постоянно были на связи, помогали с бронированием и организацией развлечений, подсказывали всё, что нам было нужно.

Отдельно приятно удивил апгрейд номера — это было неожиданно и очень ценно. Сам номер нам очень понравился: уютный, атмосферный, с невероятно красивым видом из окна, который добавлял особое настроение всему пребыванию.

И отдельная любовь — это терраса наверху отеля. Вид оттуда просто потрясающий, настоящая атмосфера Каппадокии, полный восторг.

В целом сервис на высоком уровне, персонал очень доброжелательный и заботливый. У нас остались только положительные впечатления, всё было супер, с удовольствием рекомендуем!

Wonderful experience staying in cave hotel and seeing Hotair balloons in morning!
Pros:

View from room oversees the Goreme town. Breakfast was good. Tours book through the hotel is good too.

Nice location, but noisy
Pros:

Location is great, the breakfast was nice and the staff is very friendly. Because the music was too loud in our room, we got another room, where we could still hear the music, but it wasn't that loud anymore.

Cons:

Keep in mind that the rooftop bar (open for everyone, not just the hotel guests) is very close to some rooms in the hotel. The speaker was right above our room and very loud music was playing every day from 2 PM until 11 PM. The combination of a hotel and a commercial rooftop bar is far from ideal.

Очень хорошее место положение, добрый отзывчивый персонал, когда ложишься спать ощущаешь себя где-то далеко в прошлом дух захватывает, остались в общем очень довольны, спасибо

Cons:

Наверно это плюс для тех кто хочет прокачать ножки👍, но ступеньки крутые а плюс это или минус решать каждому
