We had a balcony room and the view was amazing over Göreme. The rooftop bar is also beautiful. It was a gorgeous cave room. Close to the shops and restaurants.

Breakfast at Castle Cave was very basic, and the food did not seem fresh to us. The black coffee came from a machine and was so bad that we had to buy coffee outside. On top of that, the noise from the rooftop was extremely loud inside the rooms, making it difficult to rest.
Despite these issues, we might still have given the hotel an acceptable rating. What truly ruined our experience was the balloon ride sold to us by Farah, a member of the hotel staff.
He told us we were booking the first flight of the day, at sunrise, with Kapadokya. Instead, we ended up flying with Atmosphere, and our balloon did not take off until 7 a.m., after the sun had already risen. We paid €250 for an experience that did not match what we had been promised, either in terms of the operator or the timing.
We felt deeply misled. This was our biggest disappointment in Cappadocia, during an activity that should have been one of the most memorable moments of our trip. We genuinely regret placing our trust in the hotel and its staff member.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise against booking any tours through this hotel. For us, there was a clear lack of transparency and failure to deliver what had been agreed. We would not stay here again and recommend looking for other accommodation and operators who clearly explain and honour what they offer.

We accidentally booked the room with separate beds but they were very accommodating in putting our beds together.
Great views on the rooftop and nice drinks. The staff were super nice and Simba (the pug) was cute.
The breakfast is amazing - just so many options, I really liked it here.
They didn’t actually have the Turkish rug and pillows corner on the rooftop as some of their photos suggest - it was actually a bit difficult to take aesthetic photos because it’s all restaurant/bar seating - I ended up moving some of their chairs and tables myself to get pictures against the railing.
Great location and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially Fareed.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Capadoccia! The staff was very attentive and arranged transportation to and from the airport. The rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the sunset, can get very busy at night. Great food and music, also delicious breakfast. Very fast wifi also. Really enjoyed my stay at Castle Cave Hotel!
Mattress a bit uncomfortable
Location is perfect! Stunning views and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They even saved us over £100 on the hot air balloon flights! Will definitely stay here again. The rooms were so cosy and clean. Breakfast was also really good!

Sempre attento alle novità. Posto stupendo con terrazza cibo sempre fresco e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo spero di riandare tra un po' di anni.
El personal es muy amable. Llegamos a las 9 de la mañana (mucho antes del horario del check in) e igualmete nos dejaron pasar a la habitacion ya que justo estaba disponible. El desayuno podria ser un poco mas variado.
