This place is beautiful and has a soul. Even better than in the pictures.
Pros:

You feel like home. Here you‘ve got everything you need. You have your privacy and you have someone to talk when you have problems or if you need an advice.
Valerio is very helpful and a great host.
We‘ll definitely come back again.

Malheureusement, rien. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du logement.

Cons:

Expérience très décevante. À notre arrivée, personne ne répondait au téléphone. Sur la route menant au logement, un agent de sécurité qui ne parlait que espagnol nous a demandé de repartir alors que nous avions une réservation confirmée. Après vérification, c’était bien la bonne adresse. Nous sommes donc revenus et un autre agent nous a finalement laissé entrer.

En arrivant à la villa, le portail était ouvert, mais le ménage n’avait pas été fait et personne n’était présent pour nous accueillir. Nous avons attendu presque 2 heures sans aucune réponse ni assistance. Rien n’était prêt pour notre arrivée malgré une réservation effectuée à l’avance.

Nous avons donc annulé. Trois heures plus tard, le propriétaire m’a appelé pour s’excuser en expliquant qu’il était dans un avion et qu’il n’avait pas le temps de parler car il devait reprendre un vol 25 minutes plus tard. Situation inacceptable pour un logement réservé à l’avance.

La vue est très belle, l'hôtel a un bon potentiel

Mais c'est très mal entretenu et cela ne correspond plus vraiment bien aux photos et descriptions indiquées. La piscine était très sale : eau trouble, présence de feuilles et d’algues, lumière arrachée et apparente. Le jacuzzi était totalement inutilisable : vide, rempli de terre et de feuilles. Il nous a même été indiqué que nous devions le nettoyer et le remplir nous-mêmes. La robinetterie est défectueuse : certains robinets sont cassés et l’eau ne s’écoule pas sur un des deux. La douche était bouchée. Bref plein de points très décevants au vue du prix et de la prestation attendue.

A beautiful discovery.
Pros:

The staff (Awilda and the gards) was very nice and polite, attentive to our needs, friendly without being too much.
The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh fruits, juice, bread ,jam, eggs and more.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view .
The location was great : close enough to everything we needed, yet far enough from the town center to avoid the noise.

War schön sollte aber renoviert werden oder am Preis etwas nachgelassen werden.

Sehr schöne Lage auf dem Berg mit herrlichem Ausblick, es wird aber ein Fahrzeug benötigt um in die Stadt zu fahren, da der Weg sonst sehr lang ist.
Schöner Pool mit sehr guten Sitzsäcken
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Das große Zimmer mit dem eigenen Außenbett war sehr angenehm

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig was sehr gestört hätte wenn wir nicht die meiste Zeit die Unterkunft für uns gehabt hätte.

CALIDEZ Y TRANQUILIDAD

Una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento se siente como estar en casa: el ambiente es súper acogedor, familiar y cuidado al detalle. Quiero destacar especialmente a las empleadas, cuya amabilidad y cercanía hacen que la estancia sea aún más especial; siempre atenta, sonriente y dispuesta a ayudar en todo.

El hotel transmite una sensación de seguridad total, con vigilancia 24 horas, aunque al mismo tiempo tiene ese encanto tan hogareño que hace que te sientas tan cómodo que podías dejar la habitación abierta sin preocuparte por nada.

Las vistas son simplemente espectaculares, perfectas para desconectar y disfrutar. El desayuno es delicioso, muy completo y preparado con mucho cariño, y la limpieza es impecable en todo momento.

En resumen, todo ha sido perfecto. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería una y otra vez. 💯

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para ir a playa las ballenas, playa bonita y playa escondida. Si quieres ir al pueblo necesitas un vehículo porque son 50 minutos andando aproximadamente, pero en quad o moto se hace rápido.

Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente pero lo solucionaron, fueron muy amables. Awilda se encarga de todo lo de la casa, es muy atenta y servicial, nos solucionó todos los problemas que tuvimos y nos cuidó las maletas hasta que las recogimos, muy buena profesional.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía el baño fuera y era un poco engorroso, es algo que venía claro en nuestra reserva pero no nos fijamos.
Hay que pagar en metálico o hacerlo yendo al banco en persona, el trámite no es complicado pero si lleva algo de tiempo.

Un hotel auténtico para vivir Las Terrenas - Samaná
Pros:

Un hotel para vivir la armonía de Las Terrenas. Nada de lujos, es un hotel familiar en medio de una vegetación espectacular. Las habitaciones sencillas, bien limpias y con buenas vistas y excelente energía. Volveremos a probar mas habitaciones del hotel!

Cons:

Si vas caminando y quieres salir a restaurantes está un poco lejos, sin embargo nosotros alquilamos un Quad y nos fué genial, incluso los días de lluvia tropical. Las playas de la zona del hotel son hermosas!

Fantastik hjælpsom vært. Sørgede for at vi fik det bedste ud af vores ophold. Hjalp os b.l.a. med at arrangere udflugt.Vi kunne ikke have gjort det uden ham.
Beliggenheden og atsmosfæren. Udsigt over et grønt stykke natur og havet. Stilheden. Skøn morgenmad mod ekstra betaling.
