Buon posto tappa, ma non quando c'é canicola

Struttura già sfruttata in passato, a breve distanza da Augusta e dagli ingressi autostradali. Camere comode e buona colazione. Parcheggio adiacente compreso nel prezzo. Eventuale ristorante disponibile.

Cons:

Non avevo ancora soggiornato nelle camere a sud e in estate: 36 gradi come all'esterno causa assenza condizionatore, presenza di avventori poco educati che hanno fatto chiasso fino alle 2 di notte. Purtroppo un'esperienza peggiore delle precedenti

Unfortunately, we cannot say we were satisfied with the accommodations. We were given a family room on the third floor (attic). As soon as we arrived, the room smelled musty, and we soon discovered the source of the smell after turning on the air conditioner. Water from the air conditioner was dripping onto the carpet. Since we didn’t arrive until after 10 p.m. and just needed a place to sleep, we didn’t report the issue to the hotel management. Unfortunately, there was a restaurant directly below us, and even after it closed, the guests there were disturbing the peace. The police had to intervene at 2 a.m. to resolve the situation because the guests wouldn’t listen to reason and were being aggressive.

Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, die Tücher, die von den vorherigen Gästen genutzt wurden, lag auf den Boden.
Auf dem Teppichboden war überall Flecke zu finden, an der Wand waren Staube und schmutzige Flecken zu finden.

Cons:

fast nichts gefallenes: der Preis für das Zimmer in diesem Zustand war überteuert!

Cons:

De A.I. robot die ons te woord stond. Bij de eerste beste afwijking van wat standaard is kom je nergens meer. Je wordt uiteindelijk niet te woord gestaan en niet terug gebeld! Ook klopt de mail niet die je ontvangt. Dat de receptie bezet is tussen 10:00 uur en 18:00 uur! Er is niemand!!

Fijn hotel om te overnachten als je op doorreis bent.
Pros:

Goed restaurant. Tot 23:00 uur geopend!
Dicht in de buurt bij de snelweg, waar wel rustig.
Goed ontbijt.

Pros:

De kamer was ruim genoeg voor 3 personen. De badkamer daarentegen was heel klein. Alles was netjes en schoon. Lekkere bedden. Dit was de 2e keer dat we hier waren, maar het is niet meer wat het geweest is.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was heel simpel en basic. Dat er niemand aanwezig is van het hotel vind ik een groot min punt. Vanwege het warme weer stond de deur open, dus echt iedereen kan daar zo naar binnen lopen. Je sleutel moet je uit een sleutelkluisje halen. Maar iedereen weet dat die kluisjes heel simpel open te maken zijn. Als er iets mis is moet je een nummer bellen, maar dat verloopt niet heel soepel.

Als doorreis plek is het te doen, bed was goed

Cons:

Geen personeel bij de balie, moest telefonisch contact zoeken met iemand en dan via sleutelkastje kreeg je een sleutel van de kamer.
1e kamer deed de toilet het niet en lagen er geen handdoeken aanwezig.
De vervangende kamer vielen de plinten van het nachtkastje en had geen koelkast, kastje was leeg.
