Приятная девушка на ресепшене.Удобное месторасположение.

Заселение происходило рано утром и сил ругаться просто не было.Заселили в грязный номер с ужасным запахом сырости и табачного дыма!На полу волосы,грязь и куски накладных ресниц!Кровать местами пропалена.Утром высказали претензии и номер заменили…..на более больший по метражу ,НО….Пол также оказался грязным,на кровати сухие следы белой жидкости 🤮Бумагу туалетную не повесили ни разу(покупали сами в магазине),завтраки (которые включены в стоимость)тоже мы не увидели,как и бутылку вина.Замена постельного и полотенец только после требования.Отвратительный отель!!!Непонятно откуда хорошие оценки!

Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedés, minden nagyon közel volt. Az ágy kényelmes volt.

Cons:

Mikor megérkeztünk azt mondták, hogy nincs szabad szoba, mikor hónapokkal előre lefoglaltam.
4 éjszaka alatt 3 különböző szobába raktak át ok nélkül. A fürdőszoba mindegyik szobába koszos volt, nekünk kellett letakarítani.

Расположение отеля - это единственный плюс

Мы заранее бронировали ранний заезд, за сутки по ватсап уточнял все ли в порядке с заселением, ответили да. По приезду долго не могли найти нашу бронь, засели в комнату без окон, мрачную и грязную. Когда возмутились сразу нашелся наш номер который мы изначально бронировали. Но и он оказался не лучше. Номера очень грязные, старые, обшарпанные. На постеле пятна. Неприятный запах по всему отелю, в ванной комнате ярко выраженный запах канализации, который распространяется и в комнату. В душ если честно страшно заходить. Мы как только это все увидели, попросили отменить бронь и вернуть деньги - руководство отеля отказались возвращать деньги. Писали в службу поддержки букинга они ничего не ответили. Потеряли деньги, но жить там не стали. Скорее этот отель и его номера идеально подходят для посетителей баров, которых несколько рядом с отелем, так снять на пару часов номер. Неприятное отношение руководства - грубые, свои минусы не признают.

Absolutely Perfect
Pros:

The hotel location, cleanliness, staff friendly behaviour specially Mr. Siddique behaviour was superb and he was very helpful and very decent and charming personality and over all it was awesome and was beyond my expectations. Front desk staff were very helpful and breakfast was good! Housekeeping staff was very good and helping! Hotel location was on Nizami and all food renowned brands were on walking distance and stores were also very near!
