Pros:

A localização é simplesmente no meio da 44, próximo a tudo.

Cons:

O estacionamento é super apertado, vc tem que deixar a chave toda hora com o manobrista pq as vezes vc chega e não tem vaga. As vagas são travadas, 2 a 3 carros atrás do seu e bem apertado mesmo. Além do mais, aluguei um quarto de casal e o lençol que tinha para cobrir eram 2 pedaços de uma mantinha da grossura de um papel, juro, tenho 1,73 e se cobrisse a cabeça, descobria o pé, um horror. O casal tem quem cobrir cada um com um pedaço desse, um absurdo.

Deixou a desejar; pelo preço!
Pros:

Os atendentes foram muito educados e solícitos, mas o hotel foi uma decepção. Achei a região caótica. Os plugs de cartões para illuminação estão muito velhos, a luz ficou apagando; tivemos que improvisar. O chuveiro era bom, mas a pia estava com vazamento.

Cons:

Não gostei do quarto, janelas para um fosso, não dava para abrir, não tinha visão, muito castrofóbico. O restaurante para o café era no subsolo; junto com o estacionamento...Instalações muito antigas e danificadas; pia vazando, rua muito caótica...

A localização e o café da manhã.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno e banheiro também, o box para banho além de ter uma pilastra no meio, o chuveiro ficava torto para o canto ou seja tinha que fazer um marabalismo pra tomar banho.

Excelente localização. Banheiro e garagem deixaram a desejar
Pros:

Excelente localização. Pra quem quer fazer compras na Região da 44, é uma excelente opção. Não era o meu caso, mas fui por causa da localização.

Cons:

Garagem pequena. Precisam ficar mudando os carros a quase todo o momento. No quarto 313, não tinha porta no box e, ao tomar banho, o banheiro inundava.
