A great resort for a family holiday with kids.
Pros:

A great resort for a family holiday with kids a couple of hours drive from Nadi. The staff are all very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help with anything.

No WiFi, no smart TV.

Staff lacks information about the premises,

our room was interconnecting, I was expecting it but upon checking the receptionist said ‘no interconnecting rooms’ but the porter upon escorting us said oh it’s a interconnecting room.

At the pool, we told our room number, he said no room with that number and write some other number to release the towels.

You get what you pay for I guess. Pay a bit extra and stay at the Outrigger!
Pros:

Unfortunately the only saving grace for this resort was the one staff member, Marley, who was awesome. Super friendly guy, attentive with our little boy and even walked over to the small island with us to collect coconuts. Highlight of our stay there!

Cons:

The room was very dated, with a bathroom that had cracks everywhere, no shower handle to open the shower door and water running from the toilet. The staff rarely smiled. We asked to book in at their other restaurant and was handed a phone to call their restaurant ourselves. The resort was full of people drinking all day by the pool blasting out their own music. Not a very welcoming vibe. The beach was really dirty. Super disappointing.

Cons:

Check in - wait one hour for our room and at the end they change our room. We arrived at 3.15pm for check in and given room at 4.15pm.
Air conditioning in the room seems like never been cleaned.

Overall we were happy with most other services
Pros:

Breakfast was great but dinner was not very good. I am a vegetarian and there was very limited options for vegetarian meals and the special vegetarian requested was not

Not a good start to my arrival, Eventually settled into a good holiday.
Pros:

The room eventualy was available to stay in was comfortable, felt cosy and clean, changed linen each day, sometimes forgot part of the linen.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, sometimes the egg station was crowded.

Cons:

What I didn't like: when I booked accom, I requested ground floor which was important too me. I recently had a Total Hip Replacement. When I arrived the room was upstairs and the furtherest away, right to the end of the corridors. The room was discusting, looking old, needed a reno, like nobody had been in the room, the old curtains could not close together.
I slept in that cold room, had no extra bedding, with only a one sheet over me. I was freezing. I had difficulting walking and the lift was so far away. Could not believe how far it was walking back and forward to change rooms. Eventually changed the room the next day to the groundfloor. So different to first room. The next day felt wasted because had to wait for change of rooms which was closer to reception, restaurant and pool.....The pool staff need to learn how to make cocktails and they are expensive. Some tasted like milk shakes.

We had a great time at the Naviti would highly recommend
Pros:

Large family friendly resort with lots of activities and events happening to keep all ages entertained.

Cons:

We weren’t on an all inclusive package and sometimes the staff served us drinks or kids ice creams that we were told were free only to be charged for them. Was a little confusing
