Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sie waren sehr bemüht um die Gäste. Die Anlage war sehr sauber.

Cons:

The beach was not very inviting for swimming, as the water was very murky. Maybe because of the season. It was o.k, but most guests stayed by the pool.

Cons:

One of the first things were, we had booked different rooms, and because of availability they had moved my two rooms, that were not at all close to each other and said they offered us a upgrade because they stuffed up our rooms, until we went and spoke to reception then they had to move us closer. There was cockroaches inside the room near the beds, i had to kill them as i was worried about the kids.

Lovely and relaxing
Pros:

Loved buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room was great. Staff were amazing, loved the smiles and energy they gave.

Cons:

Pool was a bit cool. Glass bottom boat needed the glass cleaned.

Pros:

Overall the food was really nice. Workers are very happy and humble people, the service they provide is to a very high standard. Rooms were great and kept very clean. Would reccomend to others and plan to return back to the resort in the future.

Food at lunch, would have liked to be able to maybe make a toasted sandwich, no facilities to do that and ingredients weren't there for it.

Overall, really disappointed. We paid a lot of money to stay & came away very disappointed

The pool was great. The house keeping & grounds staff were lovely.

Cons:

The staff were unfriendly, dismissive & clearly don’t enjoy working there. The buffet was sub par. The check in was ridiculous, we had to wait 3hrs, even though we arrived at 6pm. There was no bed in the room for our 3yr old. The attitude of the staff was the low light.

Some facilities were good, activities were available for guests

Some staff were rude to speak with and there was a lack of manners or acknowledgement shown when speaking with certain staff however not all were like this.
