Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο καθαρό πάρα πολύ καλό πρωινό.
Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
Τα δωμάτια ήταν ζεστά με θαλπωρή.

Cons:

Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να προσέξουν είναι τα αγγλικά του προσωπικού. Παρόλο πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι τους υπήρχε έλλειψη να καταλάβουν αγγλικά.

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı yaşattı. Özellikle çocuklarım için sunulan yataklar berbat rahatsızdı.
Pros:

Otelin sıcak olması dışında sevilecek bir tarafı yoktu. Islak alan yani SPA bölümü belki idare ederdi.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı 4 yıldıza göre vasattı. Verdiğimiz paraya göre gerçekten çok eksik bir kahvaltı deneyimi sundu. Çocuklarım için ilave bedel ödeyerek açılan 2 yatak eskilikten o kadar rahatsızdı ki konaklamamızı bir gün önce bitirmek zorunda kaldık. Her şey çok eski ve parasına göre rahatsızdı. Girişte sizi karşılayacak bir görevli olmadığı için 6 adet bavulu kendi imkanlarımızla taşımak zorunda kaldık.

It's a nice hotel. Love the bathtub. Complimentary breakfast was great

Cons:

For the money, service was not the best. There was no blower room for drying the ski equipments. We had to keep website in the room.

Noisy and extremely overrated

Generally, it is a nice hotel.

Cons:

The staff was absolutely out of space, didn’t know the rooms they have, didn’t speak Bulgarian, not that this is an issue for me personally, but it is located in Bulgaria after all. There were young kids attending the spa zone, who were not supposed to be there alone, according to my understanding, as a parent myself. In the relaxation area there were some pretty loud elderly Greek guests.. The worst was the noise in the middle of the night - I had to get up and go out in the hallway to scream at some drunken English boys to shut up at 3 and 4 am! I called reception they didn’t care. I threatened with calling the police, so these guys would stop. This is absolutely unacceptable, going to a hotel in a ski resort, to ski all day and then needing to rest in the night and be bothered by some obviously uneducated and ignorant people. When I told the receptionist in the morning all she said is - we will send them a note… would never even consider staying in this place again!
