The staffs are very friendly and the room is big and clean. The location is very good and close to the heritage area.

Hôtel moderne, récent, avec des espaces communs splendides.
Chambre normale avec balcon clos de persiennes ouvrantes.
Literie (très) fatiguée: attention à votre dos!
Salle de bains fonctionnelle mais éclairage mal placé.
Petit-déjeuner mauvais inadapté aux européens: thé infect, croissants insipides, jus de fruits artificiels, un seul fruit,…,
Personnel souriant: un jeton cadeau ouvrant droit à une boisson d’accueil: sans doute un cocktail? Non, un verre de jus de fruit sucré en bouteille 😥

The location and interior was prime and pristine.

Das Hotel ist sehr charmant eingerichtet.
Es verbindet die alte Peranakan Kultur mit der moderne der heutigen Zeit. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Mitten in Chinatown gelegen und alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Sehr schönes traditionelles Haus in Malakka. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr stilvoll, die Zimmer groß und topp ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das beste Hotel auf unserem Malaysia Trip.

Beautiful hotel. Really nice ataff.
Room was very nice and really well stocked (earplugs, razor, toothbrush and paste, shaving cream etc).
Breakfast was nice.
Fantastic location 2 mins from Jonkers Street market (which was incedible) and Geographers Cafe (brilliant bar).
Came back in the evening and they were projecting a film on the wall in the courtyard.

Fantastisch verblijf. Super centrale ligging, prachtige kamers en hotel qua aankleding en faciliteiten. De pools op het dak maken het wel echt af.

The place is beautiful from the entrance to the room. The staff were great, the room was beautiful, and the location was wonderful! We loved our stay at the Baba House and loved being able to walk around Melaka easily from the hotel and explore the area. Such a great town and the Baba house is right there easily accessible to everything we wanted to see or do. Lots of great dining, fun riding in the many cyclo bikes, walking along the river, seeing the fort and historic sites, shopping and eating. It was a great day and a great night at the hotel!

The hotel is beautiful , so interesting . It is very clean and the bedroom was beautiful.The staff were so helpful and attentive. The hotel is situated near all the interesting places .

Premium offering, very sympathetically restored/upgraded block of old shops, retaining the frontages on a picturesque old street. Service excellent - h/t to manager Dennis and team (Naz, Ain, Jeremiah and Michelle). Decor first-class, with excellent internal security. No swimming pool per se, but rooftop offers bar and very attractive (and unusual) lounging pools. The entrance courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy a drink and watch the street go by: they also use one wall as a cinema screen part of the time, which is novel. Rooms spacious, good air-con and water pressure (hot water takes a while to kick in). Wi-fi good, and very central for restaurants, night market, central tourist district. Excellent breakfast, but heavy on Asian food (like most of Malaysia, food is Halal).

Loved the peranakan vibe of the hotel and loved that it was newly renovated. Very clean.
