From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to an additional MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per day. Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Melaka

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Fenster und direkt neben dem Wirtschaftsraum, Lärm auf den Gängen bis 1 Uhr nachts.

Amazing hotel with modern Malaysian decor. Clean room and friendly staff
Pros:

Very modern hotel with Malaysian decor. Able to take many photos just inside the hotel with friends. Clean and big room. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The shower room was a bit dark. A strong smell every evening from the morning breakfast area.

Good stay was worth the money disappointed with breakfast
Pros:

Hotel looked nice small parking area staff helpful.
Room was well presented facilities good though had a cracked mug reported it at the reception who changed it quickly and no hassle.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast had scrambled egg and beans which was stone cold also the heating container was not even switched on to keep warm so even at 08:00 it was cold so don't know how colder it would of been by the time breakfast was finishing other wise good hotel and fairly close to the main attraction of Jonker street.

Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

The property was in a great location, in walking distance to all the central areas. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable and well set up, had everything that you’d need. Although not advertised much, the fitness room was really good too!

Cons:

The soundproofing wasn’t great and unfortunately there were some inconsiderable other guests who kept others awake by shouting in the corridors and slamming doors late at night.

Pros:

設備が新しく朝食がとても美味しかった。立地がチャイナタウンに近かった

Cons:

個人的な感想になりますが古いプラナカンタイルの建物をかなり、ほとんどと言ってもいいかも、改装して建てたのでもう少しプラナカン文化を残してほしかったと思います。デザイナーの感性だと思いますが近代化してしまったと思います。設備はすごく良かったのですが、、、

Pros:

Best possible location away from the crowds but just a short walk to the sights. Great restaurants on the street, particularly Baboon House. The interior is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast - Plates were often not cleaned properly and there were too many unhealthy options and not enough fruit and tiny portions of yoghurt. The welcome drink idea is just tea or coffee, which seems strange as it's often something that is in your room in hotels. Welcome drink sounds like it should be something more than just tea or coffee.
