La chambre était sale, la salle de bain comportait de la moisissure d’autant plus qu’une odeur nauséabonde était présente en continue malgré mes nombreuses plaintes auprès du propriétaire celui ci n’a trouver qu’une solution : mettre du parfum .. pour le prix qu’on paye je trouve ça honteux. Les linges était mouillés constatant car la condensation ne partait pas ! Et aucun service de chambre n’est prévu, mis appart des linges propres devant la porte lorsqu’on laissait nos linges. Cependant l’hôtel était proche de la gare de Ueno (environ 3min à pied) et de pleins de magasins

Its a typical japanese hotel that space is limited in terms of clothes rack and lacking bedside table for food.

Aircon is not working. Despite several escalation to the owner, owner took long to respond, asked me to try heat and cooling mode, at the end nothing works, no air came out from the aircon, no cooling effect. I requested to change to a new room, waited for hours, owner didn't make it. Owner didn't fix the aircon issue either. I expected the owner to take up the responsibility but ended up he just ignored it. The stay was terrible experience, totally upset with the management. I paid for the stay but ended up without a good stay and sleep. Will never come back and Strongly not recommend to others.

There was black mould on the ceiling to the point where it had probably been there for months (it took up an entire roof tile), never any staff, the TV's would turn on randomly during the night, beds were on wheels and not secured to anything, room was smaller than shown in the pictures, mould all over the bathroom, showers leaked out of the shower section and all through the bathroom
