High floors. Clean rooms and good ventilation in bathrooms. Good hot water showers.
Comforter was not enough for two people and thinner than I’m used to. Our room could’ve used a wardrobe. Other rooms had then.
The hotel was very clean with good breakfast options.

It's really close to the bus station. It's good for a night but not more.
The receptionist didn't speak English at all (which is fine) but even with Google translator he seems lost. I don't know if he was sleepy or not but it was difficult to communicate with him.

The location of the Hotel is good. Many small restaurants in the area, and Savanxay Market only 10 mins walk. Bus station only 5 mins walk away.
The room we stayed in was reasonably big, and clean, and very quiet at night.

No kettle on the room, for making coffee.

The location was good. The staff did their best to help when we asked for it. The air conditioner worked really well.
Our water kept stopping. So we had intermittent water for the first 2 days. The staff member took us down to the water pump & it was broken. Thankfully, the next day, they replaced it. The shower head barely worked. Just a dribble of water. We had no shower curtain. The TV/Cable box did not work well. We kept losing the wifi signal and when we did get it it was super slow. The floor and under the beds was really really dirty. The walls are thin and everything can be heard. A nice looking pool was advertised but was the wrong pool. The actual pool was small, dirty, above ground, the water was low and it looked nothing like the photo on booking.com. Breakfast was no impressive.
