The Executive and Deluxe Executive Suites are located in our sister building called Hotel Colombia 5 minutes walking distance from our main building.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

We couldn’t have been more satisfied with this hotel.
Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff are friendly & accommodating, and the rooms are beautiful. The bed and linens were so comfortable, it was the best sleep we had all week.

Pros:

De suite was zeer groot, het was mooi, het balkon was leuk en alles was netjes. Het personeel was aardig en hielp bij al mijn vragen. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

Cons:

Misschien wat duur maar het is natuurlijk in de regio casco viejo. Alles was perfect.

Great staff, great location, great accommodation
Pros:

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of the old town. The beds are super comfortable, the air conditioning is a lifesaver. I loved to sit in the private courtyard in the evening. La Isabela suites is in a great location. there are restaurants, shops and tourist sites all within walking distance..there is a little grocery store very close so it’s easy to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The staff at La Isabela suites are fabulous. They were very attentive and accommodating. Every suggestion they made for places to eat or visit was excellent. It is our second time here and we will definitely return. Andres and his team are wonderful.

Cons:

Nothing, but if mobility is a concern for you this is probably not the place for you as there is no elevator. Also it is on a main street so there is a lot of traffic and traffic noise but the windows are pretty good and the bedrooms are towards the back of the building. We didn’t find it a problem, we actually liked to sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by.

Great location with comfortable spacious suite.

We were in the main building. Spacious suite, soft sheets and towels, nice hot water and a great location in Casco Viejo.

Nice small boutique hotel in a prime location to explore the old town.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Great place to explore the old city with easy walking access to the surrounding area. Big spacious room with a nice view overlooking the street scene below. Room was priced well for the location/accommodations.

Cons:

We had some issues with traffic/driving in the old part of the city. Parking is an issue. We reserved a parking spot, but it was a little chaotic on checkin as Andres was busy at another hotel elsewhere at the time. We also had an issue with our reservation as we supposed to have two rooms, but we had to squeeze into one. All in all, it all worked out fine.

Fantastic across the board!
Pros:

Fantastic stay! Location was amazing, the balconies on the suites were romantic and gorgeous, the inner courtyard was like a private oasis, the amenities themselves were fantastic, and the staff were beyond helpful. Truly a hidden gem and I am so glad we stayed there. Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat! Also, for those looking at the suites -- the bedrooms are separate bedrooms with ensuites and then there's also a large living room and kitchen! This is like a full 2 bedroom apartment!

My recomendable para una futura estancia sin lugar a dudas

El espacio de la Suite es amplio y muy confortable, la atención del personal y disponibilidad es extraordinaria
