My stay wasn’t as good as other surestay properties I have been too

Tye breakfast options were okay enough the juice variety was splendid

Seems like a value of building needs a bit of remodeling and that room wasn’t on a daily clean schedule.

For one night, it was ok.
Pros:

The hotel was adequate for one night. The front desk staff were friendly and very nice and both check in and out were efficient. For a ground floor room looking directly at Westminster Hwy, we could not hear the road noise at all. The complementary breakfast was very welcomed with a decent variety of items, and was always well stocked (it was busy when we were there). The location was great for us! Short walk from Brighouse sky train station (12 mins) and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from for dinner, all within walking distance!

Cons:

The room could use some updates: the shower/bath wall looked to be coming away from the wall, there was a huge gap under the room door, the pillows were awful and hurt my neck (woke up with a headache), heard lots of noise from inside the hotel (could hear guests walking around in the room above us and guests talking in the hallway as if they were in our room with us).

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich.
Das Check in und der Flughafen Transfer waren problemlos.

Cons:

Das Bett war zu weich, die Tapete blättert schon ab und die Tür hat einen Spalt rund herum, so dass das Licht vom Gang durch scheint. Von den Stimmen vom Gang ganz zu schweigen, für den Preis ist das eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.
