The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The staff were kind and very willing to help make our stay pleasant. Lobby was beautiful.
The room was old and a bit dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the blinds had mold on the back and the ceiling clearly had water damage at some point and was flaking. The air conditioning only had a on or off setting and when running was too loud and actually made the room too cold.

Fittness room was not there but mentioned on the layout provided inside building. Not much vegan protien options in breakfast. Like tofu or tempeh.
The rooms were clean and the balcony was an added bonus. The location to the park was amazing and gave the kids lots to do in the evening. The hotel was clise to gas and every food establishment you might want. The staff was super friendly and explained things in detail such as where to park. Breakfast was great! If you have a morning ferry booked across to the island, I highly recommend thos location.
No pool
Very clean and comfortable! My room was quiet even facing the road. Fast and easy checking and check out. The bed was comfortable. No smell in the room or hallway!!!
Before arriving I was messaging the hotel several times and each time got a quick response.
All was good.
The staff were great both shifts. Helpful hospitable accommodating provided helpful information. The motel was 20 years old and looked it but it was well kept, clean and comfortable. In a city with high hotel rates this was a very good deal.
Great hotel in a great location. We had a balcony room over looking the park which was lovely & quiet. Secure underground parking a real bonus. The outstanding feature of this hotel though are the fantastic staff, always a smile & always helpful from reception staff to breakfast staff to room service to airport shuttle driver.

I was disappointed that the shuttle included with my room did not allow for an early flight time since it was a short distance
