Great location and value for money if you don’t mind the tired state of the furnishings.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here in the past, the location is excellent with restraints, bars and beach within throwing distance. The rooms are l spacious and we had a room at the front on the 4th floor so the view of Cottesloe was excellent.

Cons:

It’s a shame, such a good spot, the hotel could be so much better with a little TLC. It’s an unusual building and would be nice to see some money spent on it. The carpets and furnishings are both dated and worn although it’s clean and I guess the good price reflects the tired state.
