Great and clean accommodation located really conveniently. However, the narrow staircase would be a challenge for those
Pros:

Love the location of the accommodation. Quiet yet still accessible to nearby convenience shops. Very conveniently location to the train station which is only a stop away from Shinjuku. It is also about 10 to 15 mins walk to the Korean town which has a lot of food options.

Cons:

The place is a little old but still maintain really well. The narrow staircase is a challenge as we have quite a big luggage.

Hyvä alku Tokion matkalle !
Pros:

Erittäin siisti ja kompakti asunto. Hieman pieni mutta liesi, jääkaappi ja pesukone oli extraa. Sijainti erittäin hyvä. Tulisin tänne uudestaan. Portaat oli haastavat matkalaukun kanssa.

Pros:

המיקום היה מצויין, שכונה שקטנה אך במרחק 3 דקות הליכה מתחנת מטרו שמגיעה לכל מקום בעיר, כ12 דקות הליכה למרכז שינג׳וקו.
תהליך הצ׳ק אין היה מהיר וקל והחדש היה נקי ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך.

Cons:

הייתה מנורה אחת בחדר שעבדה על חיישן תנועה, זה היה מעצבן שבמהלך הלילה אם מישהו קם לשירותים האור נדלק.
בנוסף הספה הנפתחת לא הייתה נוחה כל כך, יש קרש עץ באמצע וזה היה לא נעים לישון ככה.
בעייני יהיה מתאים באופן מושלם לזוג.

Decent but wouldn’t return unless for the superior room

We liked the location. Very residential, we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood.

Cons:

We were given a different room than we booked. I upgraded the room months beforehand to a superior room and we were given a standard room. The superior room was also Japanese style so we were really looking forward to that and were very disappointed. I called them as soon as we got there and the room that we were supposed to have was literally right in front of the room we got but everything was booked up so we had to stay in the standard room. The worker Johnny was very helpful and refunded us some of the money but I would have preferred the room I booked as I spent months and months planning this trip and looking for the perfect accommodation. The superior room is also bigger than the standard which is why we chose it as I knew the rooms in Japan were going to be small so it was extremely frustrating to have to work with a basic room and less space. Bathroom can also be very slippery. Balcony is very small and half of it is taken up by some large box. I would not stay in the standard room again.

Ubicación en una zona tranquila muy cerca de la estación Okubo. Tuve interacción con el personal solamente por correo electrónico y me contestaron inmediatamente de mucha ayuda.

Cons:

La cama matrimonial no era de gran dimensión. El pasillo que está entre el baño y la cocina es estrecho. Dándole click en "como llegar" en booking no pude encontrar inmediatamente el lugar me tocó preguntar a un pasante.

Clean, spacious, great location
Pros:

- not far from main roads, yet very very quiet.
- more spacious than I imagined
- immaculately clean
- looks new and fresh
- help staff (I forgot my charger and they promptly let me know)
- allowed me to extend check out (with an additional fee)

Cons:

- I had trouble with the combination lock, however I was quite drunk from a night out with friends. Unfortunately I had to message and disturb the owner (?) at about 4am…. He arrived in 10 minutes to help me.

Pros:

It was big, and there was a good amount of space to open our suitcases.

Cons:

There was a bit of a weird smell, it wasn’t very clean (the sink area had some mould), and there was no indication that there were no elevators — it was very difficult with our heavy luggage to get to and from the property. Definitely not a large suitcase friendly flat.

La zona del dormitorio es muy bonita, con las puertas de papel decoradas con sakuras. El baño está separado del inodoro, y tiene lavadora y terraza.

Cons:

La cama adicional para la tercera persona es un "sofá-cama" muy pequeño, al abrirlo la habitación queda demasiado pequeña para tres personas. A la "habitación" principal le falta al menos una puerta corredera, con lo cual no se puede cerrar del todo, siempre queda un hueco de una puerta. No recomendado para 3 personas, máximo 2.
