Great location, very convenient and helpful staff. A 5 minute walk from train station, in which you can get to the main lines in a short time.

Um lugar muito aconchegante, fugindo do agito das ruas próximas. Perto da estação de metrô e de algumas kombines. Cama muito confortável. Amamos a estadia.

Alojamiento de ubicación ideal
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a unos minutos de estación Okubo y a 10min de Shinjuku andando. El alojamiento es tranquilo e ideal para descansar, camas cómodas y totalmente equipado.
Plus: Hay una oficina de Takkyubin a 2min andando y está rodeado de konbinis.

Cons:

Considero que no es un alojamiento para más de 2 personas. Echaba de menos un enchufe en el baño para poder secarse el pelo y no tener que hacerlo en el salón, igualmente no es nada crítico.

Tolle Lage aber die Unterkunft hatte einige Mängel
Pros:

Es war sehr Nahe an der Station und einfach zu erreichen. Die Shinjuku Station war super zu erreichen innert 10min.

Cons:

Einige Stellen im Zimmer waren nicht sauber oder nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand.

Pros:

Good location near the train station. Great to have a fold out couch. Loved having a small bath to sit in.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, veramente a 10min dalla strada principale di Shinjuku, ma comunque lontano dal caos, ottimo per la tranquillità notturna. Inoltre l'appartamento considerando gli standard di Tokyo era abbastanza grande

Cons:

È comunque senza ascensore quindi se, come me, si finisce al 3 piano non è molto comodo salire con i bagagli

Great location and price, but not as clean and comfortable as I had expected.
Pros:

We need cheap housing for our last few days in Japan. We loved the location and the fact that it was a studio apartment. The washer was much appreciated.

Cons:

This place is just not presentable. It's run down and uncomfortably small. We wouldn't stay here again due to lack of cleanliness and comfort. I'm still glad we got to experience this type of living while abroad.

Overall I would recommend this stay to anyone. Check in was easy after we found the building! It was affordable and ever
Pros:

I liked that we had access to a whole kitchen if we needed and had streaming services on the tv. The location was quiet and close to everything - okubo station is very close!

Cons:

I thought we had booked the room with the traditional Japanese doors but apparently hadn’t? But that’s only a minor detail. The address lead us to a place on a street corner but it was actually on a side street maybe 30 m away.
