Pros:

La rando à côté de l'hôtel et la vue sur le volcan. Bonne taille d'hébergement et place de parkings à côté du bungalow.

Cons:

Le coq à 6h du matin, le petit déjeuner est plus que médiocre, le personnel antipathique surtout au petit déjeuner, un des deux matelas de la chambre était hyper mou et inconfortable. Nous avons dépensé une grosse somme pour 4 nuits, la chambre a été faite 1x c'est ok, par contre ne pas vider la poubelle des toilettes tous les jours alors qu'on ne peut pas mettre le papier dans les WC c'est plus que limite niveau hygiène.

El desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

Las sábanas estaban sucias con pelos de otras personas, la iluminación, el aire acondicionado y el cable fallaban. También muestran imágenes por dentro de otras habitaciones y casas, deberían de especificar mejor.

las vistas y el espacio del hotel es hermoso, el desayuno estaba super rico también

creo que deberian ser mas especificos a la hora de rentar las habitaciones mas economicas porque ponen los precios de las habitaciones economicas pero ponen imagenes de las otras habitaciones entonces realmente no estas pagando por lo que estas viendo en fotos. la habitación de "container" es bastante pequeña y necesita más ventilación

Pros:

The view is amazing; each house is angled to face the volcano. We also did the little trail on the compound, which could have been better signposted, but it was super nice; you walk along a little stream, listen to the birds and nature, and can take it all in. The chalet itself was comfortable; there is a little shop next door, and we bought pasta ingredients and cooked in the chalet. The hotel arranged for a massage at our request.

Gute Lage, schöne Sicht suf den Vulkan, grosses Zimmer.

Cons:

Verhältnismässig sicher zu teuer. Zimmer sehr stickig, mussten erstmal gut durchlüften. Betten sehr unbequem und massiv gefedert, sodass man dich gehenständig stöndig weckt. Badezimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden.
Frühstück ok.

Pros:

La ubicación es estratégica para ir al Volcán y el centro de la Fortuna. Habitación muy limpia. Excelente relación precio y calidad. Muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

En lo personal la fragancia adicionada, la cual me parece se agrega al aire acondicionado, parai guste era excesiva, sin embargo la habitación no olía mal.

The rooms are surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife all around. They were very clean; the beds were comfortable, WI-FI and TV worked great. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were great and friendly.

Muy buen hotel con vistas al volcán
Pros:

Nos gustó que tuviera un paseo privado por el bosque. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado.

Cons:

No nos arreglaron la habitación ni la limpiaron en nuestra segunda noche solo nos dejaron toallas limpias.
