It was okay i guess.
Pros:

We've been staying in One Regis everytime we had celebrations. This was i think the 9th time we rented there. This time i choose this unit because of the unique interior of the room. The bunk bed was definetly a plus when your with kids. So i liked it.

Cons:

The wifi keeps crashing and no signal sometimes. My kids complain they cant use the tv much coz of it. The hot water is not functioning too. The other utilities like microwave was so dirty we couldn't use it. But most of all, the POOL was under maintenance for a couple weeks already and in between and after booking, there was no notification at all. So i was just dissappointed cos it was the reason we stayed there to celebrate for a birthday. For an overnight stay, it felt a little pricey compared to the other times we went there.

We had a nice and comfortable stay. Value for money. Highly recommended
Pros:

Clear instructions by host, overall clean room, good air-conditioning, great location, service at the front desk was also exceptional. Value for money for sure

Cons:

Not exactly "did not like", but could improve guest experience- add bidet, shower heater, more sockets near the beds/sofa, hair dryer
