Well located and excellent staff

Cons:

Mattress was a bit lumpy so not a great nights sleep and shaver socket did not work raised it as an issue but not resolved during my three night stay

Cons:

No breakfast or bar facilities and damage deposit taken twice , should have been £30 however £60 taken staff mistake , however they said it would be refunded wait and see .

Perfect place to stay in Liverpool
Pros:

Friendly staff, quick check in. Very spacious room. Comfy bed nice bed linen, fluffy towels and nice bathroom.
Very quiet and perfect location central for transport, restaurants shopping. A specially to the lovely lady who checked us in, and to the night reception gentleman Martin who looked after me.

Cons:

No lift, we were on the second floor, which is four flights of stairs. As we only had overnight bags it was fine but wouldn’t be able to manage a big suitcase.

What I expected, it was a budget room for budget price

Cons:

Hall and room had a stale smell. Very small and cramped. There was black mould in the shower. No windows.

The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The hotel is in a fantastic location.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have is that bedside lamps would be great the basement rooms.
