Comfy and convenient
Pros:

Hotel staff were excellent, especially Harry who went out of his way to accommodate our changed dates. The home cooked breakfast was perfect.
Despite this being an exceptionally busy weekend in Liverpool (half marathon, St Patrick's Day celebrations etc.) the staff always had time to help with our queries. Where to eat, how to get to venues, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Cons:

Two of our party had rooms with no windows but we knew that before we arrived so it was not really an issue.

Pros:

I booked cheapest room, underground no window I did not think it would be a problem but did not like it. Staff were super understanding and helpful in finding me a new room.Which was great
I would happily stay there again.

Amazing staff so friendly and welcoming, excellent location hotel idea needed to do for the reason we were there

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Das Frühstück ist für einen günstigen Preis zu erwerben und wirklich ausgezeichnet!
Das Bett war sehr bequem und jedes Zimmer ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super zentral, nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof oder auch von der Bold Street, see kulinarischen Meile Liverpools.

Cons:

Es war gab eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Zimmern.

Fantastic
Pros:

It was a fantastic stay went for 3 nights and we had a lovely time, very relaxed and comfortable the room was great and cosy with a touch of beautique, the hotel was just up the road from the train station and you can easily get taxis and buses, there's plenty of shopping and bars and restaurants and cafes around, the staff are very friendly and helpful, you won't be disappointed

Cons:

We couldn't find anything to falter with the hotel or staff or the situation of the hotel, it's just a great place to stay and you have everything you need near you and around you
