location from train station was good.

Cons:

room was incredibly unclean.
somebody's dirty underwear underwear the bed. dirty towel in bathroom. no coffee or spoons in room.
only had 1 pillow and asked for others and were told to take cushions off the sofas and chair in dining room. incredibly uncomfortable sleep.

Disappointed that photos and reviews were misleading
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Very disappointing level of cleaning. Floors visibly dirty, placed a damp towel on the bathroom floor and it was grey when picked up. Mould visible along shower and sink tiles. Toilet seat did not fit toilet. Area under beds and behind furniture had not been cleaned. Old mattresses that were sunken and had springs protruding.

Great access to the city centre. Plenty of parking near. Ideal for a quick stop without splashing the cash.

Good location lets down by lack of hot water and limited amenities.
Pros:

The property was well located near to main transport links and the city centre.

Cons:

No hot water in the bathroom (en-suite), reported to the front desk and the receptionist seemed surprised. After reviewing several previous rating, it seems the lack of hot water is an ongoing issue. Disappointing and the reaction of the receptionist, shows a lack of honesty and willingness to have the issue sorted. Bar area and restaurant are limited enough and not somewhere to hangout, eat or socialise.

Great location for 2 x train stations.
Proper triple rooms (3 proper, individual beds)
Powerful shower

Cons:

A bit tired. Windows not double-glazed so street noise came in a bit at night

LOOK NO FURTHER, EXCELLENT LOCATION
Pros:

Pros- EXCELLENT LOCATION you can take the train from the Manchester Airport to the Lime St Station in Liverpool, no connections. It took us about an 1:30 in the morning for the train ride. I do believe the times may vary. From the train station you have a few minute walk. I'm a fast walker but very easy just a block away.
The hotel is also about a 5 min. walk from the Liverpool Central Station. There are two convenient stores right next to the hotel door.
THE ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!! We were so thankful for this, as we were there for the Open Championship and they were having unusual heat in the country. It would have been horrible without.
They do have a bar and breakfast but we did not use these
You can walk to bars, bars and more bars, restaurants, Matthews St. ( Beatles area) probably a 15 min. walk
Staff is very nice, our room was ok. The pillows were a little flat, and the bed was an ok bed. There is no microwave or fridge. We were on the second floor, our room looked out over some junky area, but did not affect our stay.
The area is very safe.
BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHES OR LOOFAH for showering, also bring your own shampoos, lotions. Bath soap was provided.
CONS- No elevator ( for those that may need it, it was fine for us to carry our luggage.)
The bathtub is very high and there are NO safety handles to hold on to, to get in and out of the shower. The bathtub looked to be new , and it was slippery. BE AWARE OF THIS IF YOU HAVE ANY DISABILITIES OR HAVE A HARD TIME LIFTING YOUR LEG OVER ABOUT 18 INCHES. A safety bar for everyone would be very helpful.
We had a great stay, and will stay here again!

Pros:

There was a bit of a flood the week we stayed there, which came into our room. But we were looked after fantastically well by the staff, and we're offered another upgraded room immediately. Hard working staff, and genuinely we were well impressed by them and the way they handled the situation.

Perfect for our needs. Comfy stay in a great location near the station and friendly staff
Pros:

Super location, comfortable beds, big bath, good shower and the friendly hospitality. Use of the sitting area and left luggage facility were great too. Our plans meant we didn’t have breakfast but saw this was freshly cooked and looked very good.

Cons:

The bathroom grouting could do with some attention.
